If someone has a copy of the Deep Purple/Type O Negative split 7" and you'd like to get rid of it please PM me. It's the only thing I couldn't find today.

I got this today using hot cash. There were 2 copies and both had some dings on them. The one I got is good, the one I left had a massive corner crease. They also had 4 Deftones that had major corner bends. It's nice to see they can't even package the vinyl to get to the stores without damage.

My record RSD has gotten off to a wonderful and early start. My buddy that owns a store copped the following for me and I went by this eve and picked it up. Blind Melon - S/T 20th anniv. (currently listening to and I forgot how f'n good this album was) Dazed And Confused Soundtrack Porno For Pyros - S/T (the "tie die" vinyl color is siiiiiiick) Frank Zappa - I'm The Slime b/w Montana 7" The Doors/X - Soul Kitchen 7" Misfits/Lemonheads - Skulls 7" Beyond stoked. This is most of what I wanted. Just a few more 7" and maybe a 12" or 2 but I'm more or less stoked and could put a fork in it!

Got the gray. Bummed the red/white split wasn't the most limited. Couldn't justify buying both.

I agree their effort on some of these has been minimal. Honestly I'm just happy to get them so as to not have to pay the ridiculous prices they go for on Ebay or other sites. Plus I'm glad they've cut down to only 1 copy per person to put a clamp on the flippers that troll this and other sites.

People still bitching about the Queen cover. Classic. I think it rules, for what it's worth. For those that don't like it I heard Fall Out Boy put out a shitty new record that you may like.

I had this in my cart with the 15% code and it was $30. I decided not to pull the plug. I'm tired of paying good money for Hot Topic records only to get them in packaging that looks like it was assembled by a 1st grader. My last batch of records was so banged up it was barely worth it even with the crazy discounts. Fuck you Hot Topic, you're not going to get me this time.

As a huge Deftones fan I am saddened by the news. Deftones self titled album is one of my all time favorites.

I listened to this album front to back with an open mind and have concluded one thing and one thing only, it's garbage.

I agree. I had a hard time getting into the Milk Leg single but once I got the vinyl and let the album play through a few times it's perfect. Great flow front to back.

Did they send out an e-mail? I have gotten them in the past for pre orders but I'm assuming since they posted it late on their FB page well into the pre order that they didn't. Not an overwhelming huge fan of Uncle Acid or Cathedral but for us US folk it'd be nice to know about this at least a day or so in advance so we have a shooting chance if it was something we wanted.

I do. I've tried and tried again b/c people talk so highly of this band but they're just not for me.

I've always wanted to like BDM but just can't get into it. I have a few of their albums on vinyl and they're pretty much shelf warmers. Sadly I'm going to have to pass even though the vinyl looks totally bad ass.

I ordered a copy of each. I'll keep the one that looks the coolest and sell the other one to a friend or someone on here.
