Poison Idea - Kings of Punk Reissue TKO
jkelly replied to human fly's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Where's the splatter version available? -
You might end up loving it in a way that's not so flattering.
-
Oh cmon, I Still Believe use fucking amazing.

There are other advantages other than JUST the records. There are releases that are NOT part of the subscription at all, like Maniac or The Fog. They're more like "Deluxe Releases" so they aren't included. BUT as a subber you get dibs. It also helps to be a subber come RSD or any other special release (flexi discs) and all that. I agree it's steep, but for me it's been worth it. It's not for everyone though! I wish they'd reach the shipping deal they just did BEFORE the subs went live, but whatever, I know they're not doing anything to burn anyone or get rich off of us.

PO: Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats - Mind Crawler 7" single

Yeah, I know, it's cool. No judgments. If I would have been awake for the Die Hard full length I would have jumped. I just don't care about that sort of thing for 7"es. -
Spence is a collector himself, no BS, dude know's what's up! I'm not just kissing ass. A lot of times companies start up like this and don't fully deliver. I can't say I've seen as much love poured into a product as The Fog release from them, and all of their releases. Despite complaints about art of packaging or shipping, Spence and DW do what he feels is something he'd want to collect and I respect that more than just pushing what might be popular. I like that DW puts out normal releases, kind of more affordable, but then deluxe releases like The Fog or Maniac. Gives you good run all around. My only issue is I wish there was MP3 downloads of these remastered OST's but I am also aware of the licensing issues, a lot of the time I think they can only get the license to press the wax from these films. Besides, vinyl sounds better, ::snob::

I hope so, I don't care if it's rare or not I can't pay that for 2 songs. I'll support the band by buying from LastRights. Still get color vinyl, still money goes to UA, so whatever. I was tempted to go for the gold, but couldn't. I might be a collector but I'm not THAT hardcore. I was hoping the mail order version would be something "more" I guess to justify the price. A cooler/swirl color or came with a patch or print or something. Whine Whine Whine, right? Hahaha. Anyway, can't wait for this to actually ship! -

Man, I don't care how limited or cool they are, $30 some odd bucks for a 7"? I'll stick with Last Rights on this one. -
Yup, sold, to you, thanks

What the title says. Near Mint (I think mint, but everyone judges different, no major bangs or bends, I'll get pics soon if needed.) Never played, open. $50

Still available.

Cool, ordered and set! The downloaded song was awesome.

LITA will have it I think, $32 for what you get is 100% worth it. It is THE nicest packaging ever. Even without the printed plastic sleeve the first came with, it is awesome! The jacket stock is like thick cardboard, thickest I've ever seen on an LP, the sound kills, the glass/matte printed image on the front looks amazing. The notes by Carpenter and cool. Seriously, worth the $32 from LITA if you can get in on it. I mean, what are Mondo double LP's? $25 + shipping? So for around $5 more for a superior package and one of THE best OST's ever? Cmon. CMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON! It's not that expensive compared to other 2xLP OST reissues now a days.

Yeah I just copied and pasted the link into my browser and got it fine. Didn't listen yet, too busy. I love the gimmick of the 7" box buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut that's a lot of money for something I'll only kinda find cute. I'll go for the regular red one. I like the art a lot too and would rather NOT have to put a bunch of 7"s together to see it. ALSO I wasn't crazy about the last album. I enjoyed it but not nearly as much as the first 2. That said I'd rather not go nuts on a $65 pre-order. It's a really cool idea though! I'm tempted for sure, the sucker in me loves crap like that.

OK I'll post, too good to NOT. THANKS

Red/Gold first press 2XLP of Sunbather by Deafheaven. Ended up with an extra, don't need it. LP's are mint and never played, jacket has a small bump, normal wear you might see from shipping, NM condition. $25 in the US. More outside.
