The iOS app is a dumpster fire. That alone is enough to make me keep Spotify (which has gotten better). Also, lossless streaming is insane. Data plan = thrashed in an hour and can fit 20 albums on my 64GB iPhone if downloaded. It's mad!

I would like it more. Matter of fact I saw them in Cleve a couple weeks ago and you could tell they were going through the motions with the old jams and LOVING playing the new ones. Bands (thankfully) change, and listeners do too. I loved Floral Green when it came out but I listened to it a few weeks ago and there are some weak jams on there in terms of melody and chord progression that I never noticed before. Its just a thing that happens, but I for one really dig the new style.

YES. To get it there, I kind of thought Pitchfork's review was kind of wack. It didn't really discuss the album in detail enough to warrant a 9.3. I was expecting Pulitzer prize quality, but maybe a more in-depth review for such an anticipated album.

Just want to say that the production on this album by Woodhouse is outstanding. Captures all the psych and the cacophony really well. Is this band ex-Mayyors?

Right on. Just never saw one myself. Also, just got the Wand record in today .... And gave it a spin, this thing rules! Also, must be very special for ITR since it's super thick heavy gatefold and colored vinyl. A+

I'm pretty sure ITR colored records say 'first 200 are colored' but usually it seems like there is way more than that in circulation. Not to pin them on lying since I love that label (and I certainly could be wrong) but it always seems that way. I mean shit, has anyone seen anything other than a blue Eastlink record? Either way, long live ITR and can't wait to get this one in.

This album has seriously grown on me over the past week. I received it yesterday from Anti and it doesn't seem nearly as thin as the Menzingers album from last year. Digging it all around.

For those who care or aren't aware, Chromatics has been around since like 2K2 and have some killer Gold Standard Labs LP's that should not be discounted. You can find Chrone Rats & plaster Hounds on discogs for like 10 dollars. But those records are more post punk and angsty, still sick. For my money, Chromatics is one of the best bands that ever was... And they have evolved into a behemoth since Johnny jewel joined. Can't wait for dear tommy!

Jesus, coldplay and Band of Horses records and you guys are wetting yourselves? That is pretty much the handful of records that most quasi-quasi record collectors have in their 'collections'. I fail to see how this is impressive in any way whatsoever, there isn't even a record on the Crosley. Laf.
