If I was on the fence about plunking down a quarter of a grand, before shipping, on a box set like this (I'm not), I'd want black wax as well. I'd want to maximize my chances of getting good sounding records and Mondo don't want to field any returns because the blood spattered sweater stripe with silver streaks vinyl has pressing quality issues. Which it would.

I like that it's pressed on black wax. But box set, shipping to Europe, custom fees and taxes; it's about 400-450 USD. No thanks.

I like my original too and I have no intention to sell it as it is one of my most precious records. I still don't like these represses as record label clearly stated that this was limited to 9072 copies.

I think labels should stick with what they first tell to customers. I think vinyl is only music format that still have re-selling value. Some of us are considering that perspective also. 
 
And I'm no flipper.

I wonder why record labels wants to put item on pre-sale, if they already have an idea how many are going to be pressed. In this particular case it seems like a fraud to those who already ordered and thought, that Batman Begins is limited to 500.
