Sketches of Brunswick East is the eleventh studio album by Australian psychedelic rock band King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. It will be released on 25 August 2017 by Flightless Records in Australia, ATO Records in the United States, and Heavenly Recordings in the United Kingdom. It is the third of five albums set to be released in 2017.The album will be a collaboration with Mild High Club, and will be prominently jazz-based.

Currently there is an ongoing ebay Auction for a test pressing (proceeds to go to charity) On Ebay.com.au. Many have predicted that when this auction ends at 18 Aug, 2017 08:00:08 AEST the pre-order will go live on Flightless Records. Who knows.

ORB have respawned from last year’s Birth with a further mutated slab of paranoid heavy metal, 'Naturality', out 6 October, 2017 on Flightless Records (AUS) & Castle Face Records (USA). They bring the dread with a kinetic muscularity and a pleasantly evolving synthetic strangeness, as if having eaten the wrong part of the garden, familiar things start to seem less so. The effects of these spores on your modern brain, already clogged with a steady drip of zips and zooms, are freshly heard and confusing. ORB are young and fleet-fingered, and certainly know their way around a riff, but they bring everything into an almost alien clarity both blunted and futuristic. ORB, you see, have ripened quite radically, and Naturality finds them sprouting new appendages and clawing at their enclosures. This is potent stuff, be careful. I have had 6 cancelled orders for this one, really disappointing. Sounds like the Distributor was over-promising to many shops. I would love to see a Mojave 3 box set, that would be incredible. 

Yeah, this album is a real banger, I love the interludes with the story parts, reminds of Aprhodites Child - Loud Loud Loud. 

So, my south records shop order was cancelled, did anyone else happen to have any luck on this? if anyone made multiple orders and more than one pans out I will pay you well for it!

We have been in a little tricky situation with some of these titles because they all sold out quickly and we had to order more and we never know if and how many the labels will give us.
As with all RSD titles we are only given as many copies of a title as the record label hands us since there are thousands
of recordstores that wants a batch and it is simply not enough for everybody to get as many as they would like.
Therefore it is a matter of *first come, first served* when it comes to RSD titles.

However I will make sure your order is sent out from here with the next shipment which is hopefully tomorrow.

what the fuck does this even mean? my order now shows shipped, but I have no idea what was actually sent and have still been charged for my entire order. guess I will have to wait a few weeks to see if somehow all four albums show up. smh.

Ouch, that's serious bullshit. I am worried about my Cocteau Twins, they are coming from Juno and they now use the flimsiest mailers ever (They used to use good ones). I hate these Europe only releases..

Wow, I can't believe it was almost 3 years ago I made this post, I must admit I still love this band and I am extremely excited to see what else they come up with in 2017, I just wish I could get my hands on Willoughby's Beach, it's the only thing I am missing!!
