rec'd my replacement copy of Prolonging the Magic, but it has the same problems as the version i rec'd in the box set PLUS the inner sleeve has splits on 3 sides from shipping and the record has slight warps. Now i'm sitting here with two versions of the album that have a long scratch through 'Guitar' and 'You Turn the Screws' on side 1. I cant physically see the scratch but i can sure hear it at every revolution in the same spot.

YES!!! Love this band. Edit - the $30 deal with the s/t LP is $45 for Canadians...

that would explain why it's in Miami then.... seems a little strange though

I'm waiting for a package from Merge Records, It shipped on May 21 from Chapel Hill, NC and it's supposed to be coming to Ontario Canada. Currently it's in Miami FL, That's 800 miles in the wrong direction......

I have a friend who used to make compilation cds for all his close friends. He put the ep version of Make Yourself at Home on one of them and that was the first time I'd ever heard them. I found that ep first and still listen to it frequently.

Has anyone had any success with customer service at shopradiocast? I've sent two email inquires about my order and received no responses. The first msg i sent was back on March 28th after placing this order and the second was yesterday morning.

for those that don't wish to "take a chance" on used records, re-issues are perfect. Not only do you get a clean copy of the music you want, but sometimes you get to support the artist who made the music.
