  1. Very cryptic. No idea what it is. Too funky to be a JRPG.
  2. https://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/orbital-monsters-exist Edit: Sample track:
  3. I honestly don't understand why, if they weren't going to come sealed in the first place, the records weren't removed from the outer sleeves before shipping. I got 3 of the 4, and all 3 have bad seam splits. Just careless.
  4. Track for consumption: https://giovannirotondo.bandcamp.com/album/the-8-bit-time-paradox
  5. What a random sampling of video game songs. Is there supposed to be a theme?
  6. It will be a standard retail version; a lot of shops will get it. How many they get, though, sounds like a big question mark right now. I think Bullmoose is just being cautious because they have had to eat humble pie a few times within the past few years and cancel a bunch of orders when they oversell their allocation. As for pressing, I know the standard MFFF was still 45rpm/180g, but I don't think there was a deluxe of that release. I would expect all versions of O to be 45rpm/180g given that, but I don't have any confirmation.
  7. Damn I am torn on this. I really want this album, but I also have to say I think we've all noticed a strong trend in vinyl lately where new releases are roughly halved in price on Amazon, etc. within a few months. I wish buying vinyl didn't feel like such a gamble all the time.
  8. I ordered a copy and they ended up shipping me a copy of DW1 (returned it). I think maybe they did that to enough people that there were complaints to fix the item listing.
  9. I trust Moonshake to do bootlegs properly because of his track record, but I guess I am wary to plop down this much cash for something like this since there is no guarantee of quality control. I'd hate to get it and have it be horribly off-center and warbling the whole time. If it were cheaper I might take a shot but I think it's too steep as-is for the gamble. I guess it helps that F-Zero was a game I played only a little as a kid.
  10. The email took about 5 mins to get to me. Also the page went from CC processing to just saying "your cart is empty". XL is really on top of their webdev game.
  11. They said on reddit they are cancelling orders people made for $0.00, which is creating an interesting stock bump.
  12. I think Creep had both of those: Creep Records: http://creep-records-store.shoplightspeed.com/vinyl/record-store-day/
  13. I actually seem to recall really liking the soundtrack on this, even though it was very beep-boopy with some deep bass. I actually really like the shirt as well, although the reference is so obscure within an already obscure game that I'd say there's about a 90% chance I would go through it's entire lifecycle without anyone understanding it. Count me as a maybe.
  14. Just got my DW2 today; Side B has the worst off-center pressing I have ever seen. Completely ruins Dancing Mad which is a heartbreaker.
  15. It wasn't universal for me. I cut my DW1 records right out of the paper sleeves since I was worried they were being damaged upon removal for most people, then gave them a clean before spinning them. I had no scratching or paper debris. Side B was pressed slightly off-center but it isn't audible to me in my copy, just a tiny side-to-side on the tonearm. And pitch warble is something I am normally very sensitive to / frustrated by.
