Why did I wait to buy a first press

My record store didn't get this release in on RSD and I missed out on purchasing it online. Tried buying today right at 4 when they released more and Paypal never let me pay . I'm really hoping someone out there has it and is willing to sell it for a reasonable, non-Ebay price. Let me know! Thanks!! P.S. I'm also interested in Bayside - Time Has Come. My store never got that in either!
