    Yeah, avoid the Pearl. NE and SE are my areas of interest. I actually live in N. Portland, near PCC Cascade and the Alberta/Mississippi Arts districts. Rent is somewhat reasonable over there. Wife and I got an incredible deal on our apartment, but there are some comparable to what you're looking for.

    I wish I could find it at my local one and I asked them to order it in and they couldn't find it :/ kind of a bummer, I'd pay $10 for it, probably no more even though I really like it. I've heard that two of the songs are literally unlistenable on this pressing.

    I saw her...gosh it has to be about 7 years ago now? and again the next year. She's wonderful! Waffle Window, ftw. That place blows my mind every time I go. I'm craving it now! Watch out with the new album, I've heard the pressing (at least the deluxe) isn't very good. Wish I had doubles of some of mine I could sell you.
