The Toadies new album Heretics just came out as a CD and Digital release. But their guitarist Clark confirmed vinyl is on the way and should be out soon. He didn't give any kind of date, but said "it will be soon!" If you haven't heard the record, it's a re-imagining type of record where they've recorded older songs with new instrumentation and stylings. It should sound awesome on vinyl if Kirtland does it right.

The early version of Mary Star of the Sea, when it didn't have Jesus, I tacked onto the front, was so fucking huge. I wish he'd release a studio cut of that.

Speaking about how close to the center these are cut, they really are. Anyone with a cranberry or orange swirl wanna chime in on how close to the center their LPs were cut? I mean LP 1A has a little more than 1/4" of dead space.

God... They really need to get on their other releases. I don't think El Mark had anything but a digital release. Oxycodone would sound incredible on vinyl.
