That's the standard Polyvinyl release, not limited
I was scared I had to buy another variant! Hahaha Owen is the only music I variant collect and I've spent so much time and money on the collection I can't stop now. But I'm already 4 preorders in on this one. My wife would kill me if she found out.

I picked up a copy of The Get Up Kids - Something to Write Home About last night for $10.

I got an email from Relapse
QuoteWe are contacting you regarding your recent pre-order of the deluxe edition of The Album Leaf's new record "Between Waves". Due to a mix up at our vinyl pressing plant, this version of the record was pressed using blue vinyl for the merge instead of red as originally announced. We apologize for the change, but we still think that this record turned out awesome...you can view the final product below:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason please reply to [email protected]for assistance.
Sorry once again for the inconvenience and thank you for supporting The Album Leaf and Relapse Records!

I do, but not gonna part with it
ahhh so jealous. I can't find one anywhere and I've been looking for like 2 years.

@Tommy do you have a yellow copy of the EP? That's the only one I'm missing from my Owen variant collection.

Ordered an orange and black since polyvinyl isn't doing a standard black

I guess I'll have to invest in a daylight balanced lamp so I can appreciate this record cover at night too...

I'm excited to hear there will be a new album soon! Fall is the perfect time of year for some new Album Leaf

Ordered a copy. I'm glad to hear they are making music again!

has anyone else bought used vinyl from GoHastings before? They're adverstising 30% off used music and they have a Tegan and Sara record I can get at a good price. I got a TWIABP record used from their site once and everything was bent to shit. Wondering if it's always like that?
I've purchased two "used" records for them. One arrived in decent shape but very dirty. The other arrived sealed.

I don't know how I missed this news! This is awesome!

My local shop didn't get any copies of Pinbak so I didn't go to record store day. It was a very important album to me when I was younger so I caved and bought one on ebay for $50. I'm not sure what the retail price was but I'm guessing around $25. I figure the time I saved by not waiting in line is worth more than $20-30. I used that time to play The Division all morning. I feel guilty giving into the flippers though.

Hopefully this means some other older Vagrant titles will be pressed/repressed. The music of my youth! Maybe some Dashboard?

Glad I didnt over spend for a copy of this!

love this band, but not sure I need this on vinyl. Really digging 2AM
I really loved their first record. Their second one is good but not great. There is a second single on spotify that is also pretty good. If the rest of the album sounds like these two songs it will prob be a pretty fun summer record.

Wow, I just saw that the Alt-j live album is listed at $60. That's crazy for a 2xLP! I see it comes with a CD and DVD but come onnnnnn.

I saw him in Brooklyn a few years ago and he was awesome. I'm always impressed in the complexity of his tuning and the techniques he uses while singing simultaneously.
