Glad I didnt over spend for a copy of this!

I really loved their first record. Their second one is good but not great. There is a second single on spotify that is also pretty good. If the rest of the album sounds like these two songs it will prob be a pretty fun summer record.

Wow, I just saw that the Alt-j live album is listed at $60. That's crazy for a 2xLP! I see it comes with a CD and DVD but come onnnnnn.

We're all collectors and I imagine most of us prefer our records and jackets to be in good condition. This kind of thing is annoying but it does happen sometimes. Like otters said, as long as the record its self is okay, it's not a big deal. That's a bummer the label won't even respond to an email though. I bought an Owen record off discogs a few months back and when the package arrived it looks like it had been run over by a truck. I swear it looks like it had been bent in half too. I was absolutely amazed when I opened it and the record itself was undamaged. Of course the jacket was ripped and creased in many places. I was working on completing my Owen variant collection at the time and we really upset about the damaged cover. I sent Polyvinyl an email and asked if they had any extra covers and offered to pay for a replacement. They sent me a new cover free of charge! They didn't even ask for shipping. Some labels have great service while others miss the mark.

Oh cool! This is one of my wife's favorite albums of all time. I totally need to preorder this. I've never had anything but good experiences with Bullmoose.

If anybody else was interested in building a turntable stand like Le Gogh, I found the ikea legs. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/10267895/ I plan on picking up a set and spray painting them metallic black to match some other hardware I have around the house.

It also matches the desk too. Curious if it was all a set or he customized some tables and shelving. I'm out of room and looking into buying a receiver and a stand like that would be perfect.

Where did you get the stand your receiver is under?

Also, I can't wait for this record to drop. It's going to be hella dope.

I got a shipping e-mail from merge yesterday that didn't say what was shipped. I couldn't even remember what I ordered. Once I figured it out, I didn't even remember preordering it. I'm curious how many (if any) records I never got that I forgot about. I guess I should start staring emails.

I would buy GH as soon as possible. You never know when it will sell out

I've seen someone sell a photograph of Nike Jordans on ebay. The description even said "This is a picture of a pair of Jordans." The listing image was a picture of a picture. People bid blindly without reading or researching all the time.
