  1. I'm on the fence about buying this one and I'm getting very conflicting information. I guess I'll have to listen to the stream and decide for myself.
  2. I thought Discogs listed 2012 European release through Parolophone? But I did see the most recent UK release was Capitol.
  3. I guess I'll see what shows up (Probably Capitol though). Maybe I'll luck out and it will be Parlophone discs in a Capitol sleeve again!
  4. Not much on the list. I did pick up Tame Impala "Lonerism" and Radiohead "Amnesiac". If I didn't already own it I'd be all over that Trampled by Turtles live album. It comes with the DVD. For $13.99 it's a steal!
  5. If you look at the Best Buy thread going now there's lots of Radiohead on there. It has Amnesiac listed as "Parolophone" but I don't even know what release it would be if it was actually Parolophone. Thinking buying anyway since I have a $5 off and I don't own this album on vinyl or CD (even though I could have sworn I did!). Is the Capitol release of this one as bad as others?
  6. To be fair, there are listenable copies out there. But also a lot of very warped records.
  7. That looks like it should have the words in the dead wax too.
  8. Which version on Discogs is it linked to? I'm guessing you probably already checked to see if there were any reviews or comments on the release page?
  9. http://www.discogs.com/Radiohead-Kid-A/release/74743 If you go to the bottom where it gives the matrix numbers there is some strange words. I believe that is what Zoidberg is talking about.
  10. I thought the bundle with the 7" was what was limited to 100. Edit: Nevermind, I read it again. It does make it sound like the LP was what was limited to 100.
  11. I tried that with B&N When Capitol OK Computer showed up. Not even a response from their customer service. I saw somewhere, it may have been on another forum, that someone ordered OK Computer from Amazon US and it actually was Parolophone. It was a fairly recent post wherever it was.
  12. Just order it. Amazon has an easy return policy. Sometimes they don't even want the record back.
  13. I didn't see anything posted yet about this release. Hot Chip's new album "Why Make Sense?" will be out May 19 on Domino. Apparently the album cover will come in 501 different colors and feature slightly different art work on each one. I like everything they've put out so far and the first single sounds promising. More info at http://dominorecordco.com/whymakesense/
  14. I'm starting to wish I ordered the Orange version. I ordered from Best Buy so I'll probably just get the standard black.
  15. I like "Dead Inside" but I'm kind of surprised it's the opening track. Usually Muse like to go big for the opener.
  16. I hope the rest of the album sounds more like this. Of course you can't really make out the lyrics.
  17. Another new track "Dead Inside" was released today.
  18. Interesting twist. While the sleeve says Capitol the discs say Parlophone and the markings in the dead wax match the markings for the Parlophone release. Sounds pretty good too.
  19. Still liking what I hear. I just wish t the price would come down a bit.
  20. The discounts are usually 10% I think Popmarket10 or Survey10 should work
  21. Got Ok Computer from B&N today and... Capitol. Oh well. I got it cheap so ill just keep it and hunt down a Parlophone copy at a later time.
  22. I'm in the same boat. I'm a little late to the game on Twin Shadow. I only listened to his other ones a couple of times. But I really liked the songs I heard from this one so I got it. I think it's great!
  23. I just gave this a listen. Great album and great sounding record. I still say "To The Top" is a great track!
