Always sounds shitty

How do you rip your vinyl? Everything I've tried sounds like shit.

Replied to all I think. Really want the iPod before I go out of town in June.

Does it have to be one of those two?

I can get one from my GW if I see one and send it at cost+shipping+a couple extra dollars for a box. I'll keep my eyes open. I make regular stops at GW.

Haha, what kind of heavy stuff are you into? Protest the Hero's newest album really kicks ass if you like melodic. They're kind of like BTBAM or something but with actual singing as the primary vocal style. (I've only heard Alaska from them BTW)

I will admit some of it is kind of corny, but a lot of stuff is in it's own way. You aren't exactly supposed to take death metal seriously either. Having a melody isn't a bad thing.

What's laughable about it? They had some songs that weren't as great, but I really like a lot of it.

Eh, melodic isn't always nice, and it's nice to have something melodic after throwing Cannibal Corpse on.

I can imagine. There is a select amount of their stuff I like, but it's few and far between. Nu-Metal stuff was my gateway into "real" metal.

When I was out there there were so many fucking spiders. We had to sleep in my aunt's basment and I woke up one morning with this bigass spider about 3 inches from my face hanging off the ceiling. I about shit myself. Didn't need any coffee to get moving that morning...

Haven't seen Korn, but I kind of like the other bands. A7X's stuff after the first one was pretty good.

If I recall there was a way to calibrate for it.
