  1. As far as general notoriety, no. But their shit isn't sitting in bargain bins across the nation.
  2. Well Pure Noise just posted a picture of three different variants on Instagram, with the caption saying the release date is the 18th. Either the delay is a myth, or the label is planning a legitimate announcement for the delay? https://instagram.com/p/2bWjRnyD4O/
  3. Yeah, cuz those major label release make so much money. Call Tracks in Bloomington, Indiana and ask how many Born in the USA RSD copies they have. "Way too fuckin' many" will be your response unless you talk to the more-than-out-of-touch owner.
  4. Build more goddamn plants or start putting some limitations on major label pressing numbers. I bet I'd have this and the Say Anything reissue already if they wouldn't have pressed like 25,000 units of each Springsteen album.
  5. Damn. My preorder still says 5/12. Edit: MerchNow has a 5/19 street date, but the order status says it's shipping the week of the 12th. http://merchnow.com/products/199279/the-story-so-far-vinyl-clear-in-royal-blue-gatefold-lp
  6. Anybody gotten a delay email yet? I haven't, but I'm predicting it. Happened last year with every May and June preorder I had.
  7. Been trying to find a second copy for this sole reason. Puttin' my little dude through college with an emo record would be fucking rad.
  8. I love how big their songs sound for folk songs. I haven't heard any of the new material, but I kinda like Mumford for being Mumford. If it's that different, then I probably don't wanna hear it. That being said, I don't know why I still don't own their first two records.
  9. Wish it wasn't painful to multi-quote on mobile. It was a joke.
  10. I really was kidding haha. But you just answered the question I asked in my reply.
  11. I was actually joking. I don't really give a shit what pressing it is. I know about the first two pressings. But you raised a question. Wouldn't the RSD variant still be the same pressing as this, just a deluxe edition basically? They were obviously pressed at the same time, because all the disks are identical.
  12. So now I've got third pressing, first run non-RSD?
  13. That was after the RSD rush. It took forever for my two orders to ship, one placed at 4 am and the other around 11pm. Took two weeks to get both shipped out.
  14. Got my order today. The mailer was kinda jacked but luckily is was packed well. Record was perfect.
  15. Probably should've jumped on this, but I was skeptical. Had it been Infiltrate Destroy Rebuild, I would've maxed out the card on the whole pressing and just given them away. One of the most criminally underrated albums ever.
  16. I just got Neck Deep's Rain In July/History of Bad Decisions HT exclusive haze, and it was the filthiest record I've ever purchased new. So much haze dust, and you can't even see the white haze without perfect lighting.
  17. Pretty much all Rise and most Epitaph LPs have a free CD included, and I read somewhere awhile back that Rise switched from download cards to CDs because it was a dollar cheaper per unit.
  18. Agreed. I've been spotifying it for three weeks. Finally found the LP locally and was pretty pumped about the Cd.
  19. Fuck. Thanks for posting that though. We're gonna try to get the address changed. Hopefully they respond.
  20. A local place still had a couple of these last week for $65. I've been thinking about it cuz it's a great album, but I don't really need the instrumental discs.
  21. Yeah, but I just got the Moose Blood 7" last week so I feel like I wasted the money there. Oh well, I do these mystery deals all the time and usually bank on them. Can't win em all.
