According to Laura, there has been a delay at the plant (located in the Czech Republic) which is why there is a shortage on all fronts. If you "pre-order" at her merch booth for $20, you get a Cocksure button and a "I <3 LS" koozie.

So I'm told that there are missable trophies/achievements when joining the factions. It appears if you want to get everything in one playthrough, you need to create multiple saves so you can join the faction to get the achievement and then reload the save.
