  1. Pretty sure only 300 made. Do you know how much it usually goes for when it does surface on eBay? This is one of my gal's favorite albums.
  2. With all the albums getting repressed this year, I hope it is only a matter of time. I do not feel like paying eBay prices for these records. Who is with me here?
  3. Even though it's listed on the Midheaven site, they don't have copies of this. I order from this distributor weekly at the store I work at and try ordering it every week and it gets backordered. Also, I doubt they would ever repress "Chesterfield King" since all of those songs are on Bivouac anyway. Bummer, I ordered this the other day. Should I send them an e-mail requesting a refund, or will they notify me soon that it is on backorder?
  4. Not that it matters since I will probably pick one up from Deathwish soon either way, but do you know whether the "neon yellow/green clear" is a split color, splatter, or...?
  5. Zolof the Rock & Roll Destroyer - 'Jalopy Go Far' 12" LP and 'Popsicle' 10" EP

  7. I acquired this not too long ago. Since everyone on here knows their fair share about rare vinyl, does anyone know anything about this release (i.e. how many were pressed, how valuable/sought after it is, if at all)? I remember a few months before I acquired it, mp3s of the release were posted on another forum for a thread regarding "90s emo" or something of the sort. This is all I know about the band: "Blueprint was also an indie/emo band from Houston, Texas. They formed in 1991. During their existence they released a few 7-inches (including a split with Jimmy Eat World and a CD. They played with several bands such as Jawbreaker, The Promise Ring, The Offspring, Face to Face, Samiam, Jimmy Eat World and many more. They disbanded in 2001."
  8. I ordered my marble copy less than ten minutes before they removed the option for it. I hope they have enough to fulfill my order.
  9. It works like this, get a real job buy the music you like and don't be an asshole. I hate when people talk about their job not paying them enough like they HAVE to keep THAT particular job. If my job didn't pay enough I would do the only logical thing, get another job. Flipping records is hardly a means to an end but if you want to put off doing something with your life that's cool. Also I like how your personal circumstances change your moral judgments about things that's cute. : 1. That is fantastic advice. First thing tomorrow, I am going to go apply at all of the countless places of business that have "Help Wanted" signs hanging in their front window. 2. I am 19 and in school, so I am not exactly putting off doing something with my life. 3. Flipping records is not exactly something to have very strong feelings for or against. It is not an issue that I feel would question my integrity. Anything else?
  10. Here is another question. Let's say, hypothetically, that I purchase extra copies of this in order to "flip" them. What would be the appropriate time to put them up for sale to get optimum profit from them? Right after I receive them, or should I wait a couple years?
  11. Even though this is a practice that is usually frowned upon, what future limited releases can one see becoming profitable via ebay?
  12. I used to look down on this, but I do not make much at my current job and was considering moderately getting into this so I can save up some rainy day cash. For those who do this on occasion or regularly, how worth it is it? Give me some examples of records you have flipped, the resulting profit you made, et cetera.
  13. I have listened to it a few times through since it arrived on Tuesday, and your assumption is correct. It goes directly from Meet Me in Montauk into the hidden track with no gap of silence in between.
  14. This might seem like an ignorant question, but I just want to make certain. This is not going to be a one copy per person deal, is it? This is the one and only album that I want to have every colorway of. ???
