I received a package of 4 records and they were in a bubble wrap sleeve and were in perfect condition I've never had a problem with damage from Hot Topic but UO is terrible at packaging getting records in garment bags etc.

No problem I was disappointed but I wish there was a way to be on a waiting list for next avaliable instead of just being cancelled and have to take the chance on the same thing happening again.

When I ordered it was in stock according to the website I am probably not going to try again...I used my HT rewards and when it was cancelled my 15% wasn't restored. I called customer service but it still never has been restored.
