Look. It's nothing personal against ETR. I think he has good intentions. But $30 shipped for a Spongebob record and $45 for Maroon 5 (Maroon 5!!!) is mind boggling. Nolstalgia is not a good enough reason to give in to these. A pretty vinyl press shouldnt be enough. No mastering details on these at all. Echo Drug is a smaller label and is releasing 10x better records for less money. I wanted that Maroon 5 and heck, considered that Spongebob for my boy. But not at those prices.

Pointless variations of albums that already exist. There are like 250 versions of Paranoid on discogs  Cool, a drink recipe, can't get those anywhere. Wow 150g vinyl. Why do they even call that out? How is this not a waste of money?

Seeing as I am in the UK, I tried this out. I got:

Dead Cuts - Dark Is The Night on grey vinyl and on CD
 
The Mire / Chronos on 10" blue vinyl
 
The Mire / Chronos split amounts to 10 minutes a side and certainly isn't an LP. A CD isn't either. The Mutation comilation just about scrapes in length-wise.
 
When I replied to the confirmation email, it bounced straight back to me as undelieverable. The same address is on their website as contact details.
 
Whilst it cost me less than £20, I still didn't get what I paid for. I shall be letting Big Cartel know that oneof their users is a bit dodgy and (more importantly) uncontactable.

Based on what their website will let you see before you subscribe there's just not enough to get me to opt in. 

Would recommend Spectres - Dying to anyone who is looking for something to gamble on though, great album (I got the translucent grey when it first came out).

I am serious, I didn't say I "didn't" want to pay. I a supporter of good bands. I don't have money right now. As soon as payday comes I plan to buy. But wanted to check out first. Wifi at my place is not the best. So that's why I asked for a dd.

Have added the Marilyn Manson cassette to the UK list. I assumed it was worldwide and didn't check. Odd that it's not TBH.

I've not heard it but both labels look a bit bootleggy.

This, though I will keep my open for unsold copies during the week after in case there are emergencies here. I'm really hoping for good weather that week. It's been lovely the last two years. I do everything other than the day itself on my bike (20 mile round trip) and rain would seriously reduce my enthusiasm.

Looks like Nirvana and Parkway Drive are the popular ones right now.
