Which makes no sense. If the 3 pack is just each variant at a discounted price and all 3 variants are still available, why is the bundle sold out? Is there a difference between the bundle and each variant? It doesn't look like there is. The info for the bundle is the same as the single....

Your right, its definatly still possible without bookeneds. Its just a combination of my ADD and aesthetics prefering the book ends better. If i cant find anyone that has had any negative experience with them, im going to at least give them a try.

I like being able to flip through records, go through them, see them, etc. So for me, being able to only fill up each shelf to 75% capacity with a book end and being able to easily flip through each cubby hole is nice. But obviously not at the expense of damaging anything. That is where my thought process is going.

I was curious if anyone used anything like this on their record shelf to keep the records up? I'm curious if there was any complications to doing something like this? Any damage to jacket covers or the bottoms of the jacket? Here is what i'm looking at:

My store, which sells a TON of records, downsized from 6 racks to 4 this month,
and had ZERO new releases, or even recent releases.
what HT do you go to? The 2 I go to in IL suck. Lucky if there are 2 crates that are half full each.

yes, they are bowling alley chairs. they're from the Fireside Bowl, actually. the big framed piece above it is a picture of the old marquee under the bowling pin sign out front. the yellow thing is the poster from Alkaline Trio's "Goddamnit" record release show at Fireside on October 2, 1998 (with Jets To Brazil and The Promise Ring) and the photograph is of Alkaline Trio during their performance that night, taken from the side of the stage by Rob Kellenberger (of Slapstick, Tuesday, Colossal, Smoking Popes, Rapids, etc.)
Im 152 pages in from the begining but this is by far my favorite room. Nice job, bro.

I would think as long as you do not try and move it while it is full it shouldn't topple. Also as long as you dont stack more shelves on top.
This is the part Im worried about. On top of it, I HAVE TO put a DDJ-SZ, 2 KRK Rokit 8s, PLX-1000 and a MBP.
Thats about 120lbs on top of it. If these items cant go on top, the vinyl must stay in milk crates
if you put it together properly you won't have a problem with any configuration for a 2 by 4 unit.
the expedit problem occurred on a 5 by 5 unit i think. weight and incorrect assembly was the cause for that incident
Im a construction worker so this wont be a problem.

So I know this shelf has been talked about in this thread but I realized, Unlike the expedit that changes depending on which one you get, all the long boards go the same way wether you by it in a 2x4 configuration or the 4x2 configuration. It has been discussed that ever picture of an expedit that has toppled over has had the long boards running verticle. Im looking at buying the first one posted which would mean the long boards would be in the more prone-to-topple verticle longboards. Do you think this wont matter since we are talking solid wood compared to mostly cardboard?
Hopefully I explained this clear enough. Makes sence in my head, not sure how well it translates to text.

I just made a deal with myself that I have to buy records at a 1:1 ratio of variants to albums I dont have...
about to undergo some minor changes/additions when it comes to what's hung on the walls, but this is the basic idea.
