Virgil, How are you gonna package the cook book comp? I was wanting to do one a long time ago and use the binding like the old cook books that my mom and grandma used, just wondered if that is what you were thinking. Sorry if this has been covered...

one of my friends would stopped answering my text messages so after a while a i gave up, then saw a mutual friend that told me he died in a car wreck.. he will never leave my phone. still have my moms number in mine to... i have a voice mail from here too from like 3 days before she died that will never leave my phone... RIP friends and family!!!

Not sure if this is news to you or not... Chuck, Erik and Joe have a new band together called Freeman. You can find it at Myspace.com/FreemanRichmond. Erik and Joe hadn't played with Chuck since Dixie, and Erik left AVAIL after Over the James. It's kinda like a family reunion! Enjoy! Shit sounds so awesome!! BTw Chuck was in wardance orange (with the guys from Bad Guy Reaction and Action Patrol) anyone have the 7"?

you should see if you can do the tetanus program, not only do you get a free tetanus shot but they also give you more money cause they can make tetanus shots with it... i used to do it all the time in Greensboro (LONG LIVE DICK ST!!!)...
