yikes, that's rough b/c those are both out of print and kinda hard to find(especially 17 for some reason). you can check on half.com or ebay, but you probably won't find them for a decent price. if i were you i would just keep an eye on your local shops and see if they turn up. every so often i see one here or there around my town.

i'll be giving diggle a chance with daredevil. i LOVE brubaker, but i also just really like the character in general, so i'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for at least a few months. daredevil noir looks pretty good. there's a few batman titles that i'm interested in... i'm absolutely not picking up every issue of every battle for the cowl tie-in, but the battle for the cowl title itself started pretty strong, so i'll be grabbing the rest of that. i'm definitely grabbing pt. 2 of the gaiman batman. i just picked up the first two criminal trades as well and really looking forward to those, i actually started reading criminal with volume 2, which ruled.

my friend has this book, and it's excellent.
