  1. Those that haven't received, did you order from Merchnow? I ordered with other stuff that has been out for a while and its still showing that its processing.
  2. I've got both of these but not actively selling, PM an offer and I'll consider
  3. Ordered black along with the latest Russian Circles album, email notification Monday, shipped Tuesday and delivered Wednesday in California. This album rips.
  4. I've got the mint green first press. PM me an offer.
  5. You're sore because you're running 6 days a week. You should only be sore after track/speed work or your long run, and even then, if you are sore you are pushing too hard in training and its going to take away from your next run. Only elite/professional runners run 5+ days a week and they can do it because they get a lot of rest, planned nutrition, and most important, impeccable biomechanics. If you've been putting your body through 6 days of running a week, you can do 3 miles easy. Remember, this is training and should be run at a conversation pace and if you have to take a break and walk for a minute, do it, the time moving is what you are looking for. That schedule has 7.5 miles the first week, split your runs down to 3 days, and add a half mile to your total for the week and you'll be there in 3 weeks. The fourth week scale it back 1 mile on your week total and then start the program, you'll feel great. Again, 6 days a week is your biggest mistake. Go hit the gym on your days off if you need to be active.
  6. http://www.halhigdon.com/training/51122/10K-Novice-Training-Program Get shoes that are comfortable for YOU to run in. Analysis is a good start but my friend I helped train through his first marathon runs in $30 Avias because they were affordable for him and ended up being comfortable, lesson=use what works not what someone else tells you. Follow the plan above and you won't be injured by December, unlike your current plan.
  7. Yes gatefold, no printed sleeves. Insert and white paper sleeves.
  8. Not taken that way at all, I like discussing it as well and know my own comments can get heavily opinionated. I meant more so in what you said that my running limits my size gain. I stay pretty light on squats/deads/lunges to save my legs for running, otherwise that would beat them up too much. If I were to stop with the running and put more effort into lower body work than that would add size over all for sure both from less cardio and heavier leg work. I totally agree with not incorporating lower body work limiting overall fitness.
  9. 99% of fitness and health discussions are opinion, especially diets. There are a million different tactics that work, finding the one that works for you is the trick. There are a few simple truths and everything else is fluff, but it fluff works for you then great. MM tastes great because of all the extra stuff, look at the label. And yes, its expensive and is more of a meal replacement than a protein supplement (16g protein/35g serving) so you are better off eating real food. If you want a protein supplement there are much more efficient products out there. I've been vegan for 10 years, and my protein goal is at least 150g a day. You're right, my running is counterproductive to my weight training as far as building mass, my goals are strength gain and improving running efficiency. If I dropped the cardio I could probably add about 10 pounds of muscle to my frame pretty quickly because my lifting only lacks lower body works compared to most size programs.
  10. Woah there, where did you hear creatine was a "special sugar"? Creatine is an amino acid that is found in food sources such as red meat, is a vital amino produced naturally in our muscles, and recreated synthetically as a supplement.
  11. Don't waste your money on Muscle Milk, I'm a big fan of Optimum Nutrition (soy for me). Also, the only time for protein shakes is post workout, maybe before if you need some quick calories. Otherwise, eat real food it's cheaper and more efficient/productive/healthier. I'm a huge fan of lean gains/intermentent fasting. I eat well, drink moderately, and have maintained 15% with no calorie counting or eating mini meals. I run a lot, long distance stuff so it doesn't really help cut, I have to eat less to do that. Keep shit simple so you can stick with it, that's how you will get results.
  12. Sounds like he is focusing on being a label: "All, It is with great sadness that I will be closing In Vinyl We Trust as of this Sunday night at midnight. I wanted to thank all of the awesome customers we have had over the last year and a half, you made this project a lot of fun for me and I will certainly miss doing it. I hope that if nothing else, I provided a lot of you with the music you love in a timely manner and for a great price. The current 20% off sale will be extended until Sunday at midnight as well. After that, IVWT will only exist as a label so now is your last chance to grab anything you might have been holding off on. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions, pending orders, etc. Thank you all again! - Brian"
  13. Toska is awesome, but the closing track, Cold Company, has got to be the strongest song on the album. A great blend of all the MTB sounds.
  14. I know "we" all buy a lot from HT at that time but I doubt they time their vinyl releases accordingly, considering the ratio of vinyl inventory to shirts, pants, face paint, tongue studs, stickers, candy, and novelty items you see in the store and online.
  15. Don't waste your time isolating your forearms, you'll get enough doing bicep curls. Other than that looks good. I would stick to running on days off the gym, maybe double up on weekends but gym in the morning and run like 8 hours later. I lift 3 days a week, m/w/f, and run the other 4 days generally. I take my running more seriously but have never had a problem putting on weight/muscle when trying to bulk before I step up running mileage. You'll just need to feel it out how much rest you need.
  16. Full body? You need some rows in there son. Everything else is good advice.
  17. Renters insurance is between $100 and $150 usually. I submitted a claim and gave them a list of all my current records that were stolen out of my car and said they were all $15 retail (on average this is pretty accurate). Got a claim check with no further proof needed, no receipts or anything. I've also had my auto insurance with them for 10 years with no incidents, so they may have helped the ease of the claim.
