  1. Smartbomb, hell yeah! Love that fucking 7". So stoked I got both version.
  2. I got drunk and dropped $100 on a Holdsteady 7"...I don't even love the Holdsteady that much. Luckily, Senior Danger wanted it so I traded him. But yeah...I avoid eBay and drinking as a rule.
  3. And by partial you mean bias. He actually means racist. He likes the low percentage of minorities the Org presents.
  4. Stuff that I've discovered fairly recently thanks to the help of the org: Smartbomb Last of the Believers Gaslight Anthem (started as a new music update) So it has some issues but as those are three of my favorite new bands this year I'm totally not going to complain.
  5. I don't mind early bidders it's the idiots who bid and know it's not a winning price that piss me off. All you do is drive up the price when you bid $3 on a test pressing. If you bid early and put your max, more power to you. If you bid early and put in a useless amount all you're doing is making it harder for everyone else.
  6. I found this: http://cgi.ebay.com/EVERYMEN-INQUISITION-7-PS-EP-Oi_W0QQitemZ280174157354QQihZ018QQcategoryZ306QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem and as a casual Inquisition fan (who's building a solid collection) I couldn't figure out if this was the RVA band or another Inquisition (not the metal band). I kept looking for info on the the Virginia based Inquisition and their releases but all I could find was they released several split singles. If anyone knows please let me know...oh and don't buy it. Thanks.
  7. Think they'll let you order two of the vinyl and then the all 6 record deal?
  8. I ordered but nothing shows up in the basket. What the fuck?
  9. I still enjoy it. I can see the appeal of anonymous comments but it got really old to have the same three guys post the same shit over and over again. I like the minimal amount of accountability I just wish people were as willing to say their bullshit under the name "XtotaliePunxgui" as they were when it was "someone".
  10. It originates form television. When a show runs out of plot, or good writing it's jumped the shark. It started with the episode of Happy Days where the Fonze actually jumped a shark tank. Typically it was meant to refer to worse writing and more gimmicky plots. Currently it is applied to anything that has climaxed and is slowly waiting to die.
  11. Chicken is totally and completely and totally not a dick/rockstar. I don't know a ton about the dude, but every time he's encountered me he's been totally rad. He even put me on the guest list for their show in Sacramento with Anti-Flag. He runs his mouth but he's totally entertaining and no one else in the band talks so I think he feels the need to pick up some slack.
  12. I'd throw down for a Test Pressing but I already got the white. Seriously this album slays.
  13. Whoa, how many were pressed that they're already out of Print? I picked one up almost on a whim, I'm really glad I did now.
  14. Yeah, I think I have something to do with this. I always have a ton of shit on order (last time I checked Playing Favorites, Heavens, BTMI!/OP!!!) So I'm just like, "throw this in with another order" I'll try and be clearer next time . Enjoy the shows.
  15. Well, I was originally gonna send 2 of the 3 and then get 1 signed and send that separately, but I decided that since I am getting the autographs this weekend, I will send the sets of all 3 on Monday. Hope that is cool with everyone. Tell them to make mine out to "Lord Captain Doctor The Reverend Bitchmaster" That's Esquire if you're interested.
  16. I sound like an add for this guy, but I've been listening to Jason Webley's "Still" from his new album non-stop. It's just one of the most well written songs I've ever heard.
  17. Ugh, really? This record was a complete snoozefest and its getting pressed, but the Cobra Skulls put out a pretty darn good record and it only gets released on CD. Whatever sells, I suppose. I don't know either way but I would add Sundowner probably is a little more lucrative then Cobra Skulls simply because of the Lawrence Arms attachment. I love the Cobra Skulls album but I'm sure it hasn't sold as well.
  18. I'm checking for updates but if anyone notices or something let me know (IM or whatever) so I can get those blood pact ones for peeps.
  19. there are no test pressings for this record.... ?que?
  20. They do some vinyl I know Teenage Bottlerockts LP is on white (limited to 500), but certainly only a few releases. Also, I think the Falcon LP will be pressed on different vinyl for the second pressing.
  21. No offense, I hate to be like, "Van Halen sux!!" but seriously who pays that kind of money to see them? I might go if it was like free and in my backyard (as in I wouldn't actively avoid it) but who really wants to see them anymore? Don't they all have arthritis and gout and shit anyhow? Who's sing for them anymore?
  22. I've seriously had to cut back on my record listening. I used to just tear into em and play them on my shitty turntable. Now, I have to wait for enough time to sit back and let them play (I actually ended up buying Andrew Jackson Jihad on CD because I couldn't find time to listen to it on vinyl). Though house cleaning to London Calling on a sunday afternoon is kinda dope.
  23. Seriously, some of the best song writing ever, and amazing instrumentation for a Jason Webley album
  24. Mine came today and I'm pretty sure I didn't order until late September or early October (but I do live in California). It was so anti-climatic. It didn't help that the sleeve was literally torn on three sides (I guess you couldn't tear the opening) but whatever. I'm selling it on eBay when the Alkaline Trio album drops. That's the first time I've said anything like that and I feel dirty.
