I have compassion for these dogs for some reason, they were just being dogs, they arent pets or really domesticated, they dont have a basket full of stuffed bunies and chewy dog bones like mine does. They felt threatened by my guy and they attacked. Of course I definitely think they dogs should be taken away and I definitely dont think they should be living in a neighborhood with children ( who all witnessed the attack). But I personally am not gonna take revenge on them, Im not gonna risk getting arrested for it or anything like that. I just hope my pup gets better , and those dogs are either taken away from that house or the owners make a better effort to secure them in their yard. My neighbor just told me his shitzu has been missing since the day my dog was attacked, and although I wouldnt say it to him, I kinda think these guys tore that guy up too somewhere. as for the fine from the city, I was more insulted than anything, I figured letting him go he would be able to fight back or run away or something, but since he is such a good dog and a big baby, he just sat there and took it
