  1. YES! ... wow. there isn't anything saying limit 1 per customer, is there? I don't see it, but maybe someone read it somewhere else... anyway, this is awesome, and I think the cover alone justifies buying two...
  2. in case it matters to anyone, I think the mall of america (bloomington, mn) has multiple copies of all of these...
  3. someone in the blood pact called, and, yes, that was the case (took a little bit of time to send them to the band and get them back or something)
  4. banner at the top of the page (for me right now at least) says "Anti-Flag ' the second coming of nothing' coming soon!" and that doesn't sound familiar, so that's exciting
  5. both of these are pretty decently priced... http://interpunk.com/item.cfm?Item=162710& https://www.auralexploits.com/product09_5570.htm (also, I like how this one http://stores.channeladvisor.com/vinylhome/Items/usedjmsmith2-17-10g?sck=1509275&caSKU=usedjmsmith2-17-10g&caTitle=USED%20ALKALINE%20TRIO%20%22used%20unplayed%20Good%20Mourning%20OOP%20vinyl%22%202XLP says it was opened to verify color, but doesn't list the color)
  6. Tiger Army - "III: Ghost Tigers Rise" is (back) in stock on at the Epitaph Store in white, gray, and black. They're all from the first press, and the colors are "limited to 2000 on [colored] vinyl with only a few hundred left in the warehouse." I haven't seen these available anywhere else (since I decided that I liked Tiger Army 5 months ago), so this seemed relatively newsworthy... here's the white one http://www.kingsroadmerch.com/epitaph-records/view/?id=578&cid=19 Also, on a semi-related note, the Epitaph store also has the Alkaline Trio/Hot Water Music split in stock now--are they slowly but surely getting all of Alkaline Trio's discography?
  7. if I had the kind of money that I would assume these would be going for (especially Broken Star)...
  8. so i just saw on the anchorless website that the colored version is "limit 1 per order"... anyone have any idea if this means only one of each color or only one of either of the colors?
  9. I believe this was mentioned in the big Epitaph bundle (as in if you bought the bundle, you'd also receive the Hot Topic exclusive 7"), but I don't think it said anything about the tracklisting
  10. http://www.auralexploits.com/product_3696.htm this?
  11. I wanted to order that 4 pack, but the shipping is too much...
  12. http://www.amazon.com/Audio-10-Recording-Turntable-Audacity/dp/B000PZQPP4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=musical-instruments&qid=1263956615&sr=8-2 is that what you have? the description says it has "Switchable Phono/Line-level RCA output (with built-in pre-amp)" so there's probably a switch on the back or something to turn on the pre-amp
  13. anyone know if that is on a special color?
  14. actually i'm not sure at all. i haven't opened it yet. but i could have sworn that the image on the wraparound belt was red. http://www.shockhound.com/merch/5105-guns-n--roses-appetite-for-destruction-vinyl-and-t-shirt-set this one is yellow, but I don't know that they are all the same color
  15. is there a list on these boards (or anywhere else for that matter) that lists which hot topics sell vinyl? btw, I'm not asking you to look this up, travis... here's my local list (for the twin cities area): Yes: Mall of America, Ridgedale Mall, Maplewood Mall, Apache Mall (in Rochester, MN), St. Cloud Mall (whatever it's called) No: Burnsville Mall (at least they didn't a year ago)
  16. '>http://cgi.ebay.com/Alkaline-Trio-Maybe-Ill-Catch-LP-Orig-Lawrence-Arms_W0QQitemZ330249323757QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMusic_on_Vinyl?hash=item4ce464c4ed that's this one, right? seems like a crazy high price to me (and considering your $28 limit, I imagine you agree), but I don't know. I also like the fact that the seller's name is "frazierauctions", but this is a "buy it now" only item
  17. Also, I just want to say that it wasn't labeled, so it could have just been luck that I got one of these, but if you don't already have the album, I think it's worth a shot.
  18. So I was just at the Anti-Flag concert in St. Paul tonight, and it's become a must for me to buy a record at any show I go to. All that they had was "The Bright Lights of America" which I'll admit isn't my favorite Anti-Flag album. Anyway, I bought it and got it signed, and when I got home, I saw this (I'm assuming the picture will be displayed...?). Unless there's another version that they aren't listing on their website, this looks like one of the "50 with Side A/B on white/tan/black/silver splatter vinyl." Since I don't think this is available elsewhere, and it's been two years since it was released, I figured I'd let people know.
  19. amen. I have bought all of the epitaph represses and none of them skip. The only time I had a skipping problem was when I received a USB turntable for Christmas (piece of junk - have since stopped using it). The directions had you dial in the tracking force, but my records were still skipping. I bought a stylus force gauge and it said my stylus had a downforce of 10grams, when it should have been 2. The only way I could get 2 was to unscrew the counterweight all the way to the pointof it falling off. I have since tossed it, and just use my main turntable. Conclusion - if you have a turntable that costs less than a few hundred dollars, you should go spend $20 on a stylus force gauge. If either of you had read one of my original posts on this matter, you would have saw that I acknowledge the crappiness of my turntable (I started collecting records a year ago, and by the time I had ~100, I got a cheap Sony one. Yes, I'm regretting not buying a slightly more expensive one, but, unless you're going to give me one, that's going to have to wait a little while (it's hard to justify a $300+ purchase to listen to the 3-4 records that skip so much they are unlistenable, as I probably won't end up appreciating the boost in sound quality)). Anyway, since there seemed to be widespread problems with a previous Epitaph pressing (the NOFX ones from 3-4 months ago), it seemed it would be worth seeing if anyone else has had problems, too, especially considering that I had no problems whatsoever with records from that press. Maybe I got a bad copy? Maybe my record player only plays 95% of records? I dunno, but either way, I'm just seeing if anyone else has problems, and I guess I'm glad that the Against the Grain record you don't have doesn't skip.
  20. could you order them on a separate order and then email them saying to remove those records from the previous order? on a semi-related note, has anyone who has tried to email Karl received a response? I've emailed him twice about my skipping Bad Religion record and haven't heard back (it's only been a few days, but he's posted on here since then)
  21. Sundowner - Four One Five Two and sure there's more that I'd like pressed, but I'm somewhat impatiently waiting to hear that
