Yeah I got a response from them that essentially said "if you aren't satisfied with the purchase you can return it for a refund" I'm like uhhh you sent me completely the wrong item, I want what I ordered.

yeah drawing the line here, the tickets for this tour are stupidly expensive already will just wait and see if it ever gets sold separately

I mean you're buying a product that should arrive to you brand new...not damaged. Plenty of places do it right, clearly whoever handled the shipping for these did not. I don't ever ask for replacements for seam splits, it just comes with the hobby but it still sucks when it happens.

yes but the fact that its a fat mailer with absolutely no extra cardboard inside to fill the extra space is why its so flimsy.

Got mine today, yeah this packaging job was terrible. Mailer was pretty well smashed, record was super loose inside. Luckily record was mostly unharmed but does have a nice seam split right on the band name. http://imgur.com/a/UqLhzuq
