  1. I'd be down for this for sure. I recently won 5 cd's on ebay and had them shipped to the UK from Canada. Asked the guy about combined postage discounts and he said he couldn't as it was gonna cost him the $35 he charged me...............Parcel arrived yesterday - $17.60 postage! I buy alot from Canada & I find most companies charge a ridiculous amount for postage, when it actually costs a fraction of the price. So if we can get a network of good, honest people willing to help each other out in the name of music, then I'm definitely in!
  2. Thanks for the post, but yeah I already found out the other day & pre-ordered both white & black versions straight away
  3. Yep. I don't wanna know how much I've already shelled out on AOF stuff! Unfortunately for me, I didn't properly discover them until Reading Festival 2008, and didn't start collecting until mid-2009. Totally worth it though - amazing live band, and they're all absolutely awesome guys. Worked out there's 226 releases in total (that I know of) and these are what I still need.

  5. I have to say I agree with the cutting up of the tape thing. Does seem a bit stupid. I can't justify $80 on this atm, plus whatever stupid amount postage would be to the UK. *Edit - Just checked & shipping to the UK is $32 making it $111.99 in total. DEFINITELY can't justify that atm *
  6. P.O.S is on Guitar Wade's on Guitar/Vocals Chris 2 on Bass/Vocals Chachi on Drums My mate found a video of them recording it on youtube last night.
  7. I was trying to work that out. I think it's Chris & Wade singing, so I can't work out POS's part in it all.
  8. Your best bet's to ask at the stores if they can try get you a copy. I've handed my list into my local shop & he's gonna try get them all for me. Sucks being in the UK and this being ltd to US & Canada though.
  9. Been up since late December I believe. Already picked myself up 2 copies of each colour. Green looks the best in my opinion.
  10. Dude, Interpunk have these on their site.... AFI- Crash Love($12) Rise Against- Appeal to Reason ($12) Rise Against- The Sufferer and the Witness ($10)
  11. I'm also wanting a copy, obviously 1st goes to yarostino, but if anyone has a copy after him, I'd really appreciate it.
  12. LOVING the track on there. Pre-ordered both the white and black versions. May order another white and a t-shirt after payday. Can't see this selling out very quick.
  13. Excellent news! I got my cd copy years ago when they supported Funeral For A Friend, n Liam came n hung out with me and a mate after they'd played, n signed our cds. I'd never heard of them before that show, but they were crazy, and Liam's a top guy. Definitely gonna pick up a copy
  14. Finally received my 3 variants of Bring Me Your Love, and my Shad & Dallas 12" yesterday - WOW! The packaging for BMYL is amazing, and it sounds brilliant! Well worth the wait! Nice one Dine Alone Team!!!
  15. I am after a few of those myself (as well as the Mastodon releases), this is my first RSD but I am finding it hard to budget for when I have now idea how much things are gonna cost me =[ Also, as an aside I can sympathise with you about the City & Colour LP, I am after the white vinyl of Sell Your Soul by The Creepshow. It is only for sale at Interpunk and only for US & Canadian customers!! The country based exclusive deals stink don't they dude!! I may be able to help you out with that Creepshow LP! I'll pop you a pm with some details.
  16. Got me bit worried now too. I've just ordered Homesick, For Those Who Have Heart, and the 3 variants of Attack of the Killer B-Sides. Guess we'll all just have to wait & see.
  17. I am after a few of those myself (as well as the Mastodon releases), this is my first RSD but I am finding it hard to budget for when I have now idea how much things are gonna cost me =[ Yeah that does suck. Last year I was only after the Them Crooked Vultures 10", City & Colour - Live at The Orange Lounge cd and the Hunter - 10 cd. I got pretty lucky as my local shop was able to get me the TCV 10" and the other 2 cd's were US and Canada only, but ended up on Dine Alone's website. Sadly, I think the C&C LP will fly off the shelves, leaving none for us foreigners
  18. There's a fair few things I'd like to pick up, but the 1 I want most is the City & Colour LP - which unfortunately for me is US and Canada only. Gonna try get all these if possible... Silverstein 7” AC/DC – Shoot To Thrill/War Machine 7” Red Hot Chili Peppers/The Ramones - Havana Affair Split 7" Rise Against! - Join The Ranks b/w Gethsemane and Generation Lost 7" Foo Fighters – Covers LP Nirvana - Hormoaning EP Jimmy Eat World - Bleed American 3LP Deluxe City & Colour - Sometimes LP
  19. Yep I'm in the UK too. I'm in Kent, so I buy from a local place called Sound House - they're based in Deal and Broadstairs. Been going there about 13yrs now, so know the guy really well, and he usually gets me everything I'm after on RSD.
  20. no paypal does not guarantee the SHIPMENT of the item, but the delivery. ive actually gotten fucked from IN country stuff where i had delivery confirmation and proved to them i shipped it, but because it wasnt showing up as delivered paypal still took the money out and gave it back to the buyer. international packages are even worse because you cant even get delivery confirmation, so technically NOTHING you do, even if you get it registered, will show as proof to paypal. Can you not claim it back from the postal service? I got fucked over for a bunch of Iron Maiden records and rarities a couple of years ago. Had shipping confirmation and everything, but like you, Paypal refunded the guy. Luckily for me, I filed a claim with the Royal Mail and was able to get my money back. Hope it works out for you mate.
