I get your point about Thrones, but some people may have missed that vinyl. I have a copy, but would still like a b-side vinyl. The Northern (acoustic) and Sweetleaf are good shouts! Haha, exactly what my mate just said when I told him! Was hoping to get some responses on the alexisonfire.ca forum, but it's been painfully quiet on there the last few months, n there's only been 3 votes.

GREAT response!!! It just came to me last night, I was sorting out my vinyl and was thinking they def need more vinyl releases - then the Crisis b-sides and OC/YC b-sides just seemed obvious. Really hope we can get a good response to this, and that someone can make it happen - I'd definitely buy 2 copies of each myself.

I had a thought last night when listening to my self-titled vinyl for the first time ever. I'd love to see b-sides and maybe demos released on a series of 7" vinyl. We've already seen tour vinyl of b-sides and demos, so it guess it could happen. Obviously b-sides wise, we could have a Crisis 7" with Thrones and My God Is A Reasonable Man, then an OC/YC 7" with Two Sisters & Wayfarer Youth. I imagine there must be some b-sides from the Watch Out! sessions, and possibly even the Self Titled sessions (The Philosophical Significance.... being the obvious one). So just wondering who'd buy them and if anyone has any suggestions for releases?

The one that really takes the piss is Shock Hound. They wanted $37 to ship a copy of Blink 182's "Take Off Your Pants And Jacket" to me in the UK!

Hi everyone, I'm fairly new to vinyl and just looking for suggestions on what I should purchase. I'm unfortunately on a budget of around £150, and the one that seems to be consistently getting the best reviews everywhere is the Pioneer PL-990. The only problem I can see with it, is that I won't be able to record onto my PC. While this isn't a huge necessity, I do have a couple of vinyl-only releases that I'd like to put on my i-pod if I can. If anyone has any suggestions for good players within my price range, they'd be really appreciated. Cheers, Andy

I feel your pain mate! 3 x Bring Me Your Love at $71.99 1 x Shad & Dallas at $12.00 1 x Old Crows/Young Cardinals - Black at $22.99 That's $106.98 before shipping charges to the UK! Can't really afford it, but I can't miss these, been waiting ages for BMYL on vinyl. I can see these plus the Shad & Dallas split selling out really quickly. I want the Blink 182 vinyl that are on SRC too, but they'll have to wait until next pay day (if, by some miracle, they're still available).
