Lots of shade being thrown in this thread. I thought Dreamhouse was spectacular, and so was Young & Courageous. But yeah, $30 before shipping is a bit much. Depends on how good the album ends up being, I suppose.

Welp, I'm moving next month, so this is getting price slashed. $20 shipped. Or just offer me a trade, I'm up for seeing what you got.

Yeah I totally get that. I can definitely see why people would like Albatross more. It was probably hard to follow that up; I mean, given that Albatross was their debut, it probably set certain expectations for their future stuff, and Dealer is very different.

Picked up another variant so I'm letting go of this one. Discogs page here. The sound quality on this particular pressing is a little lacking, but it's not unlistenable. That's what I'm assuming. It's kind of a shame because the original green was more forest-y and imo fit the aesthetic a little better.

That's actually not true. When it was first up, the mockup was a much darker translucent green. They changed it like a week ago to this neon color. Makes me real happy I chose the early bird variant instead.

I grew up listening to TDWP and listen to JB now, and that cover gives me so many mixed emotions.

The blue translucent with black swirl variant just went out of stock at Newbury's shop, and I'd love to find this for less than the $50+ it's going for on Discogs. If you've got one, let me know! Not too picky about jacket condition, but a noiseless/warp-free record is ideal. Also have a copy of Peripheral Vision by Turnover to offer as a partial trade.

I'll chip in with another good review of the yellow vinyl. Looks way better in person and sounds great, no noise or anything. Now if it gets repressed down the road with something interesting…
