  1. Hey, I'm looking to complete my Jeffie McCloy collection. I figured it's worth a shot trying to find some stuff here. These are the titles I'm interested are: Tranzmitors - We're All Alone With You (first or second press, doesn't matter) (Seeing Eye Records) New Town Animals - Fashion Fallout (Dirtnap) New Town Animals - Is Your Radio Active? (Screaming Apple) (This is the European pressing, with an extra bonus track) Colour is cool, but really doesn't matter. I'm not sure if I'll find anyone with these on here, since they're both pretty small Canadian bands, from Vancouver. But if anyone can point me anywhere to pick these up, that would be sweet.
  2. I'd love to go to one of these, but I've never heard of any in Toronto.
  3. I had a lot of Briefs vinyl that's got too expensive for me...
  4. I ordered two copies of the new Carbonas LP earlier today.
  5. That's good logic if its http and not https but most places dealing with credit cards use https, which is just a mess of encrypted junk to anywhere looking at what's going on network. For a retailer with their own credit card processing, they lose money going through PayPal with all the fee crap and other junk. I think now-a-days its safe to assume people have a bank account if they have money and therefore also have a debit card. But a debit card is different from a credit card? I've got a debit card, how would I go about using it?
  6. Of course. They put out a shitload of awesome garage stuff.
  7. Foo Fighters - In Your Honor box set Foo Fighters - Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace The Strokes - Room on Fire The Strokes - First Impressions of Earth And probably some more vinyl from the local store.
  8. Man, I'm pissed that they don't take Paypal! Please get Virgil to stock some of these!
  9. OUT NOW! http://www.goner-records.com/cart/index.....cf28a427 ea058e I just ordered two copies.
  10. I saw them last month, and they didn't even bring any vinyl! I was really pissed.
  11. Today I got: New Town Animals/The Delateurs split 7" (red) New Town Animals - Lose that Girl 7" (black)
  12. Mine aren't funny because I'm embarrassed, mine are funny because they're funny. Complete with Cheech and Chong rolling papers!
  13. I would LOVE to get my hands on this, too.
  14. Hey Speely, do you still have that Zero Boys vinyl?
  15. I bought some stuff the other day: Mr T Experience - Love is Dead (blue) Blue Meanies - Full Throttle (black) The Hives - Tryannasaurus Hives (black) And I noticed something funny about the Hives record. Count the feet.
  16. in the groove= hip hop/house, no? I'm not too sure, that second site that I linked says "All Genres - Used/Mint/Rare Vinyl LPs & 45s" I was just wondering if anyone has been down there to check it out.
  17. It definitely is the best one. Much better than Rotate This, at least for the type of music I listen to. The owner, Pete, is a really cool guy as well. He posts a lot of their shipments on the Toronto Hardcore board, and if you see anything that you like he'll gladly hold on to it for you until you can get down there. http://tohc.ltwzine.com/list.php?f=1 is the Toronto Hardcore board. Also, I just found this list of other shops in Ontario: http://www.musicbymailcanada.com/ON.html Has anyone been to In the Groove or Back Beat Records?
  18. That's way overpriced. You can get them for $30 at the store I go to.
  19. That would be my guess. I saw two copies of dolly there today. I was thinking about grabbing one to put on ebay.....but didnt follow though. Yeah, I was there last weekend and they had about three or four, I was going to pick one up, but I already had ordered mine from No Idea. Hits and Misses is a great store though.
  20. Year of the Pig is one of Fucked Up's best EPs, you'll love it.
