Yeah I used to love all of that stuff when I was younger but I kinda just moved away from that style of hardcore over time. The only Lockin' Out record that I kinda miss is my yellow copy of Elephant Skin by Justice. Haha I think I sold that one for like $20ppd to some dude on the B9 who really wanted it a couple years back.

I'm really stoked to hear the AF cover, they are definitely in my top 5 as far as hardcore bands go. Overall I'm pleasantly surprised with the song selection as a whole.

I heard that the Rhino reissue was sourced from the original masters though so I'm not sure if it would make a huge difference. Could just be the pressing plant they used?

what bad experience? I was reasonably good friends with one of these guys for a while and I'm curious. They pulled a bit of a dick move when they played a show with us a few years back. It's not a huge deal and I don't mean to sour anyone else on them, but it's left a bad taste in my mouth ever since. Texas Hardcore supported the FUCK out of this band when they were an upcoming hardcore band touring constantly on Turn it Around so for them to not respect a hard working band in their own city is real shitty.

There are sooo many of these from the first few presses. Hell they were still in stock up until like two years ago. Love this album, but due to a bad experience with these dudes I will never support them again.

It's REALLY easy to turn off, before we switched our local messageboard over to phpBB (sworntofun.com), we had it running on proboards and all you have to do is uncheck one box to get rid of it. Bridge 9 recently introduced a system like this too and (among other changes there) I don't dig it.

Definitely want to see this when it's done!

We have been asking Graham for Jawbreaker since the very first year of this fest. If clues are being dropped that way, then it may mean that it's finally time (although I have no inside knowledge of this).
