Losing Streak and Hello Rockview are under Capitol Records. Anthem is with Sire Records. My assumption is they are unable to get the same deal with Capitol.

JR's response reminds me of an e-mail interaction I had with Vinnie a long time ago about In With The Out Crowd vinyl. Dude seemed genuinely pissed off I was asking him about colors and pressing numbers. His responses were really off-putting, but also puzzling given the huge amount of vinyl variants of everything the band has released over the years. They obviously care about that stuff but ask a question about it and get flamed lol.

Pretty dumb to not just add an unlimited black version, esp since this is a preorder and they obviously haven't pressed anything yet. Band and Smartpunk have to be getting slammed for not going that route.

That doesn't make any sense...you can't make something a "limited press" when you literally removed the "limited" stipulation from the listings...unless you number them or make alternate covers? Even those changes don't really do it though...haha this is funny to watch. Someone didn't think this through very well.

I totally agree, but I also can see people who bought a $270 test pressing bundle that was initially advertised as "limited to 10" and then changed to be unlimited after they ordered feeling like they spent $270 on something they didn't order.

Yeah they completely changed the terms under which people thought they were ordering--i.e. limited copies/bundles. Say what you will about that making sense from a business standpoint, that's going to upset some folks for sure.

Whoa, they totally removed the pressing numbers on every bundle/variant. Looks like they received way more orders and are increasing the pressing numbers. The Ultra Mega Test Press bundle used to be limited to 10 and the Mega Bundle was limited to 20, those numbers are gone and the bundles are available again. I bet some people will be upset about that lol.

Still some bundles available with it...but the sold out status keeps changing on a bunch of the listings. I dunno

Yeah, guessing they licensed it for the 1,000 copies they repressed and that was it. Probably costs a lot to get another repress license from the label.

Some RK releases are being retired and not repressed...that being said, mmhmm is getting a repress on a new color soon. Keep an eye out if you're interested.

Gonna be tough to find one. It's retired and won't be repressed. eBay/Discogs is best bet.
