Zia Records is the place to hit up — I was in Vegas for RSD a few years ago and they had tons of stuff. 

Don't give up on discogs for Dirty Three yet. People keep listing it for $200+, but I just grabbed one now from a US shop for $75.

The long con, nice.  No wonder RT had no extras to go around.  I remember ordering mine from Popmarket and eventually got fed up that they kept bumping the release date back month after month.  Canceled my order and now I don’t even see a Sold Out listing on their site.
 
RT’s $66 + shipping is a hell of a deal when people are consistently spending $200 on that box.  I don’t even want to look at that $285 auction from over the weekend – I think it still has a few days left.
 
I lucked out on Discogs and grabbed one for $53 + shipping.  Sealed but scuffed on the back edge, with the start of seam wear on one of the jackets.  At that price and considering the scarcity, I think I can live with it, especially since the alternatives are $140 imports.

Nice! I had the same - mine supposedly has a dent on the back lower corner - for $52 and I’m perfectly okay with that since I was striking out paying ~$140 on import copies. Shipped today, can’t wait to spin it.

THx! Solid tips on Dirty Three. The US store didn't materialize, still hasn't. One UK was still showing stock last nite so I tried it; no conf yet.  --seems to just be priced higher in the UK (was mostly $60-70 here) and shipping is always a killer, but that's the game. Saw your later post also -- 135 quid is just obnoxious. Then again, some guy in Ohio sold 3 copies on eBay last nite for $277, with another listed now.   --Thanks again,

Haven't seen it online yet, but they had a BUNCH at Rock n Soul (NYC) this morning, it's late enough you can probably call them and have it shipped. 

SAME.  Was also 13th in line (5:45 am) and they said they didn't get it.  Much later, at another spot, we heard they "had" it but was long gone.  Was nowhere online when sites went live.  And has sold minimally on eBay if it's really 1500 copies.  ANY TIPS??  Holler if you see it! thx,
