Stoked for the Brooklyn show. I was originally planning on doing the whole REV25, but can't really afford it at this point. So seeing TITR + Gameface definitely makes up for that.

I've never heard this band before, but man that song was great.

I never received a shipping notification from Dine Alone, but my order status was changed to "shipped" with a tracking number on their own website.

Thanks for clearing that up! I think the colors look great, but like others have said - the music is what matters the most. Thanks for picking this up and giving us (and the record) what appears to be a proper release.

Got my shipping notifications for the first presses that I ordered. Now this mix up - do you mean that you sent those out accidentally in the place of the first presses ordered, or you just sent the second pressing out early to those who ordered it already? Edit: That was incredibly confusing to try to write out.

Figured I'd just say that those two NYC dates were definitely two of the best performances I've ever seen. I feel bad for anyone that decided to sell their tickets after watching the Fallon appearance or those who's opinion on the reunion soured after watching it. No matter what these guys end up doing, I'm behind it all the way. New album, no album, few dates a year.... doesn't matter.

This dude now works at Lady Jay's bar on Grand Street in Williamsburg NY. Met him through some friends yesterday and I thought his name sounded familiar. After we left, I found out who he was. Didn't even connect the dots at the time.

Yeah like I said, I'm interested in just how this whole thing went down. Especially getting the guys in the band down for it. I was incredibly worried that the AFS situation would leave this in limbo. Thankfully, such is not the case. You and me both man. I have to give all the credit in the world to this and Helmet's Meantime. Yep! Picked up both a few years ago. Last I had heard, Pete said Eddie was in contact with their lawyer to try and get the original masters back from Sony. Lets up we one day see the full-length pressed!

New show added 8/25. Tickets on sale 8/10. Will-call only. I'd be very interested in hearing about how this reissue came to be and the process that went into rereleasing it... the new photos, the remaster, etc. etc. Especially after I had read about the original tapes being lost. Would be a cool little blog post around the time of release.

It was definitely a "take a chill pill" moment for me, but the whole scalper thing really did me in. I've been waiting YEARS to see these guys get back together, and to go through the check out only to be met with "Not Available" in the next screen was pretty maddening haha. Sergio leaves for an insane tour with the Deftones in August, and that seems to be halting any talk of Quicksand playing those Rev shows in NYC in October. My solution? Another Quicksand/Deftones tour.

Quicksand has been one of my favorite bands for as long as I can remember, and I'm incredibly bummed that I missed out on that. I can only hope they play some NY dates. Here's the full set:
