There are some random spots out there. I think discord really depends on the community, any of them for that matter. 
Get some like-minded folks together and it will work well, let some turds be turds and anywhere will stink. They've all got pros and cons. Discord has a nice way to notify and alert people, so if a legit PO drops, you can notify your homies. Not something you can easily do on reddit or even these forums. Discord struggles with threads and kinda keeping long-running topics together, reddit and these forums excel at that.

Wouldn't be the first time they've been vague about pressing details...

So optimistic, especially if you're listening to their older stuff. I kept hoping they would find that SOS/59 sound and it just kept getting worse and worse. I know people absolutely love their later stuff, but man, that early stuff is such a different sound. I'm not holding my breath, but I'm open to being surprised and wouldn't be too stubborn to buy their new album if it's anything close to their first couple records

This 100% soured my taste on comics or at least the local comic shop I was dealing with, not gonna lie. Was trying to work with a local comic shop and with how delayed the releases were, I stopped calling them every few weeks and then when I finally went in, they said they put my stuff out on the shelf because they hadn't heard from me and allegedly tried to call me. Phone records show otherwise. So I kinda let it go and figured I'd just get them on eBay or something eventually. Such a headache, even though I love the idea.

Seems like some folks are enjoying it, others, not so much. I haven't had a chance to dig into it and wanna give it a full run through in one spot before just listening while driving back and forth to work over a few days. If it's anything like the last 3-4 albums, I probably won't love it, but we'll see how it goes.

Mine came unscathed, but I'm 45 minutes from Bremerton with good traffic. Was kinda surprised they shipped from there since I thought Mike was spending more time in LA these days and probably had something setup outta there.
