yea, it sucks what became of dtr based on what they had going for them in the early 2000s. At the end of the day, its their releases and im just glad they allowed me to press anything in the first place and the fact they discovered and invested in all these great band in the first place. I just hope one day they change their mind and either allow us to license some more stuff from them or just to do it themselves. The world need to have "what it is to burn" on vinyl! Both a repress of the album and a pressing of the title track for the first time, i cant believe they left that song off the original pressing In regards to acceptance, one of my favorite albums of the 2000's and I was actually interning at sony when the record was released. They had no idea what they were doing with that band and i used to go on about how they could be huge if they actually marketed them right. I would love to press this but unfortunately major labels have minimum amount and they are way too high for the demand that exists for the album on vinyl in my opinion. I tried to get in touch with their first label to release some of the older material in a small run so at least big acceptance fans have something out there on vinyl but i never got a response. you are far more diplomatic (read: no swearing) than i am about this, haha. but you do make a good point. also, today i learned that the best song on WIITB wasn't even pressed. the fuck?that is a huge bummer about acceptance, too. another reason i should hate all the majors? possibly...

man, fuck dtr and rich/stef reines. that was my favorite label 10 years ago and what a pile of shit it is now. so many people would buy that entire catalog in a heartbeat. you'd think they'd smell the $$$ and just do it. sigh. edit: @enjoytheride...i'd buy Acceptance - Phantoms immediately if you pressed it...
