  1. Wow. Lots of good stuff in there. Hopefully I'll have some spare case before the auctions end...
  2. Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure the first time it just says "Publish Your Document", and then subsequent times it will say "Republish Your Document". But I never paid that much attention to the wording, so I can't be absolutely sure. I also discovered today that there's a little button you can click that will automatically re-publish it whenever you make changes to the document. Thought that was pretty neat.
  3. On the top right hand corner there's a tab that says "Publish." Click on that, then click on "Publish Your Document", and it'll come up with a URL.
  4. I just got in a Snapcase record from VC, and it is warped. I've never had a warped record before. I'm listening to it right now, and it sounds okay. Is warping something that will get noticeably worse over time, or (as long as its taken care of, obviously) will it pretty much stay as it is? I'd rather not have to deal with returning it and all that nonsense, but if it's going to get worse no matter what, I'd rather try to get a non-warped one.
  5. I did the preorder with all four albums on colored vinyl. Works out to $15 a piece + shipping. Way easier than having to hunt them down individually, and plus all the money goes direct to the band. Win / Win situation for me.
  6. Anybody remember Drain S.T.H.? They were some kind of all girl, melodic / nu-metal band from Sweden that got a little bit of a push in america. I remember being really into them, mostly because nobody else I knew had ever heard of them.
  7. Yeah, when I found that CD I went and looked them up and saw they were still active. They just seemed to have fallen off the radar completely since the last time I heard them. That's what I meant: bands that just sort of faded away for you, not neccessarily broken up.
  8. Who were some of your favorite bands from the 90's that only had one hit or a little bit of buzz, and then faded off the radar? I recently found a used copy of "Where Have All The Merrymakers Gone?" by Harvey Danger at FYE for $4, and man was that a great record. I remember loving Flagpole Sitta when I was in high school, and never hearing from them again.
  9. I saw Thrice twice when they were on the Brand New tour a couple of month ago. I didn't care for The Alchemy Index, but I thought they were really good live. The had a good mix of old and new songs, and some really good energy. If they swing by these parts again, I'll definately be going. Also, Ed's bass sound was phenomenal. It's the sound I've been trying for for so long, but can never quite achieve.
  10. I saw it in a store over the weekend and it just looks like a regular LP jacket with the same cover art. Bummer. I was hoping for some neat packaging like the CD version.
  11. Anybody know what the Radiohead packaging looks like? Is it like the CD release, or is it anything different?
  12. The Sessions Records logo is different.
  13. Anybody have a copy of this? It comes in five colors, and I bought four of them from the band at a show, but they were out of the red. One of the guys in the band said that they still had sets of the colors for sale online that had the red in it, but I'd really prefer not to buy all five colors again just for one. Anybody want to help a brother out?
  14. Out of curiosity, for those who do run labels, how much money did you start with? I've always really liked the idea of running and indie label...maybe a vinyl-exclusive label...
  15. Just saw this tonight. My friend and I were sorely disappointed that the monster was not, as we had previously hoped, the Juggernaut.
  16. Unfortnately, the Murder By Death 7" has a special place in my heart and will not be going anywhere. As far as the Coheed picture disk goes, I've got a few other interested parties. If I don't get any confirmation from them, I'll PM you with something.
  17. I actually work at a t-shirt wholesaler. Let me know what you're looking for, and I might be able to help you out.
  18. Snapcase! Awesome! I was listening to End Transmission earlier this week and thought "Man, I need to get this on vinyl." And lo and behold, here they are. Great timing.
  19. I have this, do you happen to know the pressing info for it? No clue. Make up your own! Spinal Tap is awesome. I'll make you a great deal on it!
  20. I don't know about that Billy Gilman. I've got a lot of interested parties for that one... It's amazing what you'll pick up through the years when friends and family get tired of CD's and give whatever they don't want to you.
  21. It's some random picture disk I picked up from Hot Topic about five years ago. I, too, loved the show and picked it up on a whim. Side A is a picture of Zim in class with Dib and the evil teacher in the background, and the main theme song. Side B is a picture of Gir in the dog suit riding the pig. The song is "Planets Battle", but I don't remember what that sounds like at all. I remember getting it and listening to it, and being really disappointed that the Doom song wasn't on there. If that had been on there, it probably would not be for sale/trade right now.
  22. Hey everybody. Trying to unload some stuff to possibly (hopefully) get a little record label going this year. Trading or selling are equally fine with me. also, check out my Google docs list, as I'd probably be pretty open to offers on anything in there, especially CD's, as I'm getting ready to clear a lot of those out anyway. 23. Does anybody know when / if this is coming out in the US? I know the single is out in early Feb. and the album in March in the UK, but what are the release dates (if any) for the US?
