As SRC are actually Canadian we do know the shipping system quite well. This album with 180 gram, premium gatefold and monster insert with cardboard pads will cost exactly what we charge. These comments are what make me love VC as much as I do =) blame Canada not SRC. Enjoy your weekend!

Unfortunatley we are in between help fixing some of these bugs. We are waiting for some people to help but its a slow process. I expect the small changes to happen soon and maybe we will have a huge update of features and such in jan 2013. We have been busy just keeping up with VC in general. Its like a full time gig just keeping up with the day to day. Stay tuned!

We are doing some major security upgrades. As yesterday all software should be back to normal. Looks like our security upgrades are done now and if ANYONE has issues please let us know ASAP so we can fix it. As for the big red box google is looking over the site after we cleaned it up and should be back to normal today or tomorrow. Again sorry about all this. VC is a huge community we are doing our best to secure it so this will not ever happen again. Thanks!

They take the masters and make a digital copy for vinyl, Then we send it to the lacquer maker. That is why this album is going to sound incredible. Listened to the ref lacquers yesterday again and this is the best sounding album we have done yet.

Dave is the masters name and he cuts with the best setup in the world. I am going to listen to the refference lacquer again today as i can not stop thinking about how amazing it sounds at full blast on my system. Quicksand "Slip" we just released was one of the best sounding albums i have ever heard on vinyl but this one is as good or better. HUM is the perfect sound for vinyl. I can't wait for this release.

That sounds like a good idea but i doubt we will be bored enough to add that till the next year. I will pass this onto the creator and see what he thinks! Thanks for the feedback.

Pretty sure we used the cassette art =) gotta make it look vintage.

This is funny as we got art for this release and in it was "You'd Prefer" art in cassette format haha. Fun stuff.

Since they were shrink wrapped at the plant we have no idea what colors there are. They said they made a ton of colors but it is all about whatever was left over. Still a great release! It does sound amazing for being demos. Lucky Lacquers always make srcvinyl releases sound incredible!

HT got copies sent to them before we shipped our orders so it's not really lame at all. We always keep 15-25 copies for damaged/defects/lost packages/etc. Those are the "found copies". Would you rather have no exact replacement when USPS loses your package? See we always are thinking ahead to make customers happy. It's tough with these bigger major label releases. You get what you get and if your short cause a staff shipped the wrong color or damages happen there is no backup. So that is why we often "find" copies. Well unless I label a box wrong and we find it 6 months later..Saves the day hahaha. My bad. So you see lame is maybe the wrong word. I would like to think of it as planning! Regardless I appreciate you picking up this amazing release and supporting SRC.

I thought it was public info that plants press a 10% over or under on releases (this goes for each color). We keep getting overs when doing crazy colors. So HT got them as a treat! Everyone knows Travis is the bomb =)

This is 100% BS. The plant shorted us big time on those colors and I just packed another 500 clear copies for HT. There is a lot of demand actually. SRC is only one small outlet. These have been selling extremely well to record stores as well. I would love to press more on a half/half color combo as we got tons of 7" overs. It's the biz. Sometimes You get unders and sometimes you overs.
