Kinda more or less what I was expecting. I'm Canadian, so I guess I have a biased opinion, but I still find him to be pretty fascinating. Not really sure why... probably because he was such a polarizing person.

I'm from Caledonia, so I'll claim the Hamilton and Niagara area as our scene: Alexisonfire Cancer Bats Arkells Caribou Silverstein (eww) Boys Night Out It's not great haha. A lot of post-hardcore stuff that was popular a few years back came from around here, but it's died off significantly.

I haven't listened to it yet, but just wanted to comment and say that I think it's really cool to see some of the collaboration and mutual likings between rappers and indie artists. Not really sure why, but I find it really neat that such opposite styles have found a kind of middle ground.

So all of this talk makes it sound like a cheaper version of a Jagger bomb in a can. I enjoy having the caffeine/alcohol mix sometimes, cuz beer alone will get me sleepy, so if you have a Jagger bomb or two, it'll stave off the tiredness. Basically it comes down to having some sort of self control, and it's kind of a shame that there is a minority of people who are fucking it up for everyone.

I like both of the bands, Wavves more I suppose. I'd like to go to the show, but I don't smoke a lot of weed, so I think I'll be gasping for air at the Toronto show.

My major is: Environment and Business Coop, minor in Economics We don't have a core business program at the University of Waterloo, so our business programs are tied in with the individual faculties. There's like Arts and Business, Science and Business, Engineering and Business, etc. I'm going into my last semester, so I'm kinda nervous about facing the real world after haha.

Is it just a caffinated (sp?) alcoholic drink? Basically a jagger bomb in a can? We don't have them here in Canada.

I've said this to some friends, but as soon as you begin to introduce time travel into the equation, everything becomes ridiculous. It got to the point in Heroes where stuff would happen, and I'd say to myself "well, that was irrelevant" because later in the season (or sometimes even episode), there would be a time travel sequence and the death of someone or the occurrence of something would be rendered completely meaningless. It also doesn't help when you have a character that can simply take anyone's powers and can be essentially unstoppable. There were so many head scratching moments in that show where I truly thought that the writers had ran out of decent ideas and just scrambled to throw something together. It's really unfortunate, because season one was excellent.

We'll see. Potentially not as I've raised some decent money through this sale, but it may. Probably not in December though as a lot of people are gonna be tapped out due to Christmas shopping haha. Seems like a bad time to host a sale. Is there anything you're interested in? I know you expressed interest in a record earlier...

Sorry, yeah! That's the reason. I'm home (where all my records are) but I'm heading back to school tomorrow night, so I won't be able to get the records and ship them out. I won't be back home again until the beginning of December at the earliest, so I want to get these deals done now.

Tomorrow at 5pm. I'm heading back to school tomorrow around 8, so I'd like to have everything packaged up and good to go by 6 at the latest.
