My body is a cage is easily one of the most overlooked arcade fire songs, it is incredible. NB is still a solid album, i suppose the generally darker over tone and the lack of pop gloss deterred a lot of people initially

I think it was established that the US pressing has the skip present, whilst the UK pressing doesn't.

I received mine on Wednesday, they threw in a free 12" single and a CD copy of After Dark 2 as well

Received mine today, the packaging wasn't really sufficient as i have several large dents on the front, back and the card stock on the girls head has lifted and bent. Not too happy

The cover art for monoke will be inside the gatefold of the spirited away variant (granted the other two have the same layout as the SDCC howls variant)

Egg records in newtown for some older stuff, mostly priced pretty high but always a lot of great stuff and you can find the odd bargain too. Shame you missed the great record fair this weekend, but there is another on the 21st of September if that aligns with your trip.

Considering the rarity and absolute elusiveness of other Ghibli soundtracks i am so happy for this. My girls friend is over at SDCC right now, we have requested a copy so i hope she pulls through!

I really enjoyed the film, although i think i can understand the mixed reviews. Six people walked out of the film when i went, which i found amusing. Really need to pick up this LP, found the soundtrack worked extremely well with the visuals

So when they say the Howls Moving Castle will 'premiere' at SDCC it doesn't mean exclusive right? Just curious as I know a lot of Merch that premiers also seems to be exclusive. As expressed by others, I am not variant collector but all these are too beautiful to pass up
