They send the box without bubble wrap? Fuck, I dont want to imagine how my box will loke like after a oversea shipping. :-/ yeah... the packaging isn't terrible but it definitely could be better. the box has spacers on the sides but there's nothing to stop it from moving around top to bottom.

my box has some imperfections as well. nothing huge, just some beating from the shipping that probably could have been easily avoided with a layer of bubble wrap in the box.

yeah, that definitely should have happened. it does fall within the releases of 95-11 which is what this collection was supposed to have been.

Just ordered it, wish I had a coupon code. i hear that. i heavily reconsidered after i found that the code no longer worked, but in the end i ended up pulling the trigger. aaaand i'll probably get the HT represses as well. can't help it man, i fuckin love deftones.

your condescending attitude gives you away for the small-minded person you are. however i'm still going to tell you why you're wrong in this argument. this situation is somewhat of a conflict of interest because the record company has issued two varieties of limited edition products to two separate retailers. yes, they will both probably sell out of them and everyone is happy. however, it is likely that the release of the box set is going to slow down the sales of the HT presses. this in turn could lead to them having to sell a portion of the remaining copies on clearance at a discounted rated, therefore forfeiting them revenue they would have otherwise earned if the copies had sold at full price. obviously the exclusivity agreement with HT only pertains to that particular variant, so the record company is perfectly within their rights to do this. but it is still a conflict of interest to release these two similar products at the same time because they are basically pitting two retailers against each other, with BSM having the advantage of selling the more desirable of the two products.
