got mine saturday just before i had to leave for the airport. glad i at least got to see it before i left. no test press but they did throw in a pretty snazzy little poster.

it's pretty impossible for me to pick a favorite color because i like different ones depending on what i'm in the mood to listen to. that being said, orange just grows on me more and more every time i hear it. so epic. i'd say the ones i listen to the least are yellow because sounds like 50s pop rock which is usually a bit too upbeat for me, and blue because it feels to me like it sort of drags because it is so downbeat. still all really good stuff, i just see those two getting the least play from me.

people who hate so hard on AAF have probably not heard much of their music apart from smooth criminal. they actually have some really good songs. i like glow a lot, myself.

THIS i am so glad i'm going to be able to add these to my collection without paying ridiculous ebay prices. because eventually, i'm sure i would have broken down and done just that. travis, if i had a christmas card list, you'd totally be on it.

update: well at least their customer service seems decent. sent an email earlier and already got a response back with shipping confirmation for a free replacement. they aren't even asking for the other back either. not too shabby. hopefully USPS doesn't smash that one up too.

just received my PO of incubus 'if not now, when' via MyPlay Direct (Sony). no cardboard inserts in the mailer. the cover has all kinds of fun bends and creases in it. i'm gonna call this one a big fat fail. i am disappoint.

June 17 i felt the same way, so i tackled it on a long travel day (flying from Detroit to Peru) and it was well worth the time it took to listen. i highly recommend listening to as much as possible at once because you really can hear the difference in vibes from color to color. pretty sure it should have one, it's shown in the unboxing video posted by the label:

What's up with this seller and others saying "Rare ORIGINAL PRESSING with FOLD OUT NUDE COVER from 2003! Now widely considered one of the MOST RARE of all PERFECT CIRCLE releases." All copies of this have the same fold out cover from what I've seen. Have any of you guys seen any different versions? i just bought a copy off of ebay that did not specify this, i'll let you know when i get it...

nice. i could see paying that much for the added bonuses there. especially a Chi autograph. i have a SNW poster autographed by the whole band, my boy had two of them and i've been trying to get the other one from him for years. finally got him to come off of it for my spare copy of dredg's pariah vinyl and one of the oneloveforchi benefit show posters.

Ha ha, I thought about doing that on the glassjaw forum (before I found VC) but my buddy started collecting vinyl so I gave him my extra Stars, Farmer and Jesus Glue. The only reason I bought extras was to trade up for a Junkies, but a very cool person hooked me up via facebook. I'm pretty sure that the trivia question would not have gone answered by anyone who's not a diehard and google should have been no help at all. What Frank Zappa song is lyrically referenced, although not directly, in a Glassjaw song? and which Glassjaw song? Correct answer gets some karma points... but I don't have much else to offer. The Zappa is from Joe's Garage and the gj is from Worship and Tribute... that's the only hint I'm giving. wait, so what exactly was the deal with junkies? i was late on this one and paid stupid amounts of money for the other four, have been wondering why junkies seems to be so much more scarce. was that one not ever available on the site?
