About to read The Alchemist. Never heard of it or have any idea what it's about. Was given to me by my dad's old work colleague. 65 million copies sold apparently  

I feel like there's a certain time in life where The Alchemist makes sense to everyone.  That time is obviously different for everyone and if you read it at the wrong time, you probably won't get it.  I read it during a time of flux in my life, and enjoyed it more than most books I've read in the past few years.  But again, if the timing's wrong, you might not like it.

I'm currently starting the Master and Commander series.  Been recommended to me for so long.  I bought the Sea of Words dictionary to go along with it so I could understand what I am actually reading.  I'm stoked to start this 21 book epic!

I just ordered the print last week and they sent me a link to check the order status. After putting this record in my cart I was unable to checkout. Then the site said it was SOLD OUT. I went to the link in my other email and viewed my cart. The record was still there and let me checkout, it even charged me. So hopefully I'll be able to get this and won't be refunded!

If you were able to get one into your cart you could take a chance and try this as well if you were able to get one into your cart before it said "SOLD OUT".

So I know nothing about internet radio, and my parents want me to help them pick out and set up a system for their new house. They live in a really small town that doesn't get fast internet (They're using a tablet that runs off their phone plan as their internet hub).

And I'm sure it could be just as easy to set up their computer streaming online radio through a receiver/speakers, but I would like to explore some options.

I don't even know where to begin. I don't even know if it's possible for them to stream radio without it buffering every three seconds. Anyone have any advice/recommendations/information I could use? Anyone have an internet radio system in their home? Literally any small step in the right direction would be appreciated.

Not to be a downer, but does anyone else think this album sucks?

This is dumb and makes me seem super uneducated, but how can I post a photo from my computer directly into a post on here? Inserting an image only brings up a URL option. And I can't find anywhere to upload things to My Media. I can't seem to figure this out...
