anyone else going to the in-store release in Seattle for Mansion on 7/26? my wife will prob be with me, but she doesn't really like it, so LET'S CHILL.

the opposite just happened to me today. got a warped record. definitely seller's fault though. he shipped it alone in a mailer with 4 crumpled up half sheets of paper in the corners. got ringwear, ripped dust sleeves, bend in jacket, and warped record. retard.

heck yes. i've been looking for this for ages. now all we have to do is convince someone to press the everglow and make thousands of $$$.

am i right in saying that 3 of the tracks will be on CBGP and only one is an exclusive? EDIT: just listened to the single. that is a great freaking song. they could really hit big if the rest of the record manages to be that refined while still holding on to that classic pbc edge.

I'm in on this, too. If someone's looking for an HT record that is available in some stores, but sold out online, I'll check mine. I'm neck high in mailers so the same offer stands.

As someone who was raised on Christian music, and still listens to a good deal of it, I am going to have to completely disagree with this entire statement. First Switchfoot record rules though. -1

haha yeah it's definitely a christian thing. thought i'd still share. i don't know what it's like in the ska world, but in hxc, pop/rock, some of the best bands imo are christian (UO, TDWP, norma jean, relient k, copeland, anberlin, switchfoot). so whatev. sorry if it sucks!

okay, so first off, i'm not gonna act like i know the first thing about ska or any ska band. that being said, i heard about this "ska lives" comp on a site i frequent, saw a Ska is Dead 7" thread up high on the VCMB, and thought i'd share it, assuming there are some ska-heads here. http://www.indievisionmusic.com/2011/06/29/ska-lives-vol-2/ the only band on it that i really know outside of the few veterans on there is Blood and Water. they're pretty solid.
