  1. the Daveage records have some fantastic songs, and the Scottage albums are pretty solid as well. Cool to Be You is a great record.
  2. When you factor in how uneven the early SST/New Alliance Descendents albums can be, I totally agree. Despite the fact that ALL had the occasional weird funk song(s), they had better albums from start to finish...until Descendents got back together. post-reunion Descendents albums are flawless IMO.
  3. 2 old Pung records, the 6" and 7" All "Allroy Saves" Mealticket "Lisa Marie" 7" new Pity Party 7" on Bloated Kat
  4. Hey friends, We’re having a little sale here in our distro today, buy something for your sweetie! www.undercomm.storenvy.com use code at checkout: WELOVEYOU for 14% off today only! enjoy! -Justin / UCR.
  5. these should have one or two more downloads on them: Swingin Utters Poorly Formed | http://www.fatwreck.com/digital/url_for_order_item/1316573128 Snuff 5-4-3-2-1-Perhaps! | http://www.fatwreck.com/digital/url_for_order_item/1316573130
  6. I traded with Bloated Kat Records some of our Pity Party / Vacation Bible School split 7"s so those should be available in his store soon, I have their Pity Party "Do A Little Dance" 7" up now in my distro here. Don't forget, Pity Party also has a song on this compilation LP I pressed for last years Fest.
  7. first record was good, competent, but ultimately kinda generic 80's hardcore IMO. I expect this new record to be a lot better given DW's involvement...which generally is the case and why I will buy it.
  8. This is up at Interpunk: http://interpunk.com/item.cfm?Item=208436& should be up at No Idea soon too.
  9. will wait, though saddle Creek seems like a weird fit for them...either way, rad band.
  10. to be fair, I did post that picture on facebook too
  11. Here's a few free download cards to brighten your day! Check out some incredible tunes from Cutman's debut LP; and the newer 7"s from Break Anchor/Unsinkable Molly Brown and Vacation Bible School/Pity Party!!! if you miss out on the download codes, these are streaming (or available to buy at reasonable prices) at: www.undercomm.bandcamp.com
  12. I miss pulling crowd surfers shoes off and throwing them across the room
  13. Yeah I don't recall there being any issues with it, but I'll check again tonight.
  14. Review from Razorcake: Pity Party: Featuring Fid of the Measure [sA] and Joel and Cassady from Sexy Crimes. Spazzy and a little unhinged. It sounds like a confluential wave-crash of Toy Dolls and PS Elliot playing ADHD (as opposed to NYHC) hardcore —sweet, spastic, and time changes galore. TroubleCity, here we come. Nice. VacationBibleSchool: Chicago-styled, modern pop punk for the “please play more, Pegboy” fan in all of us. Beefy hooks. Peppy delivery. Dour subtext. Honest dudes. Clean, clear, and punchy recording. If this was the future that didn’t suck, a can of beer would pop out of the top of the record and open itself up at the beginning of the first song. Don’t take this shit for granted folks, because there are a thousand ways to fuck this up and two or three ways to do it right. –Todd Taylor (Underground Communiqué, undercomm.org) http://www.razorcake.org/record-reviews/pity-party--vacation-bible-school-split
  15. I uncased all my CDs and have them in shoe box sized plastic cases and now are condensed and on top of my record shelves.
  16. this one is dead...looks liek someone else grabbed the other one
  17. TMV was overrated, bloated and boring. Having now seen ATDI post reunion, it's a joke compared to when they were around.
