I just ordered from the Germany link posted above, total was $33.99, expected delivery is between 10/10-10/15.

Wow nothing else in the box... A 12" EP with the bonus cuts would have been a cool incentive.

might have a chance to try for another pink today. if so, I will have an open, unplayed black copy for $30 shipped if anyone interested (I paid 35), only opened seal at record store to check color.

My copy from Mondo had split through the inner sleeves during shipping and we could see it was black without opening it, so I traded it in for the pic disc at my local- he had someone waiting for a black, and that way I could try again for pink when he got his supply which came in this week. otherwise I'd be happy to.

had a second chance at pink, nope- another black. I did get the pic disc version tho, so I've bought 3 copies now. one guy at the store has been present for 14 openings (including mine), only 1 was pink.

Any store that works with distributors would be more than happy to do a special order for a paying customer rather than lose that customer to another store (or online sale).
