Haha, I can see that. Just wish I had the funds to play around. I was toying around with upgrading everthing in my setup, but soundstage is no longer offering the Scout b-stock. Looks like ill have to save up some more to get the Scout 1.1. I was looking forward to the acrylic platter, but a lot of people seem to prefer the aluminum one. This phono stage looks like it might be the ticket. So the nighthawk charges? I was looking at the musical surrounds phonomena cause it was battery powered. Gonna have to check it out some more. Awesome setup by the way!

I got an e-mail, saying they oversold some of the records I ordered. The slow ass Internet here in Hawaii, plus website issues got me I guess. But, they are solid dudes and are hooking me up with some other stuff and one record from their personal collection. Pretty stoked to be getting a mystery package. Really good dudes there at shirtkiller.

Is that a Technics SL-1600Mk II? I have one also, I love mine. But, I'm getting ready to upgrade to a VPI Scout when I get the funds saved up.

They had the 45rpm deluxe numbered one here at Hungry Ear. I think it was $40 or something last time I was there. Shipping would be about $15 though, at least for priority. eBay would be your best bet.

I was wondering what that embossed sheet was for. I thought it was just an extra goodie they decided not to use.

I have one. Had it for about 15 years now and it's still chugging away. Bought it for $150 then at a pawn shop. Great table. It has an auto sensing platter so if you don't use a mat it will automatically go to the beginning of a 7" 10" or 12". Although, that feature doesn't work so well for clear records. Let me know if you have any questions about it.
