My point was that their customer service is responsive, and that any concerns about orders/order status will probably be handled quickly. I wasn't implying that anyone who recently ordered should mindlessly spam them looking for constant updates.

Send them an email. They usually respond in minutes, and maybe they'll even have a tracking number for ya.

Sigh...check out this reply to FB post announcing more will be available... "as a collector, if you purchased this believing it was an edition limited to 900 copies, isn't this a bit misleading?" Unreal. Not like you'd actually want the set because of the music, regardless of how many were pressed.

Yes it worked for me. But don't try to recover anything. Email [email protected] and let them know you need a temp password to check your order status since you ordered as a guest.

As posted by someone else....send them an email, they'll send you a temp password(they are quick) and you can log in and check. Mine still shows 'ready to ship'.

I just got the email as well. Like throwing salt on the wound for those that got shut out.
