    Yea these prices are getting nuts, I couldn't do it... Will wait a few year when the vinyl craze goes down again haha. The nice thing is when that comes barely anyone actually plays them so will be good as new haha

    I'll be in Tokyo from October 4-6!! Let me know if you guys want to do a record store day! Lived there years ago so can get around fine, need to refresh myself on record stores though haha.

    Also TOTALLY take advantage of the tanking yen, I lived there when it was 77yen to a dollar, so things around 150 now are super cheap if you come in as a tourist!

    New Northstar Vinyl Coming Soon

    Around 2006 (?) Northstar released an album on my friend's label that consisted mostly of demos and revisions. It included a 3 song demo we put out in 2001 that eventually ended up in the hands of Triple Crown Records, as well as some acoustic and piano versions of Northstar songs. Also included is a version of "Broken Parachute" that we recorded with Matt Squire. We decided to record that song for "studio" footage for our "Uncomfortable Camera" DVD. I guess it was the last thing we recorded as a band. A fitting goodbye.
    It should be out for streaming on the 30th of this month, so check it out. According to Triple Crown, there is also a vinyl repress on the way along with a shirt.
     
     

    Inner Liner and helping to reduce mold help! / moving to a humid climate.

    Heyo

    I will be moving my collection to a pretty humid and mold prone climate. Looking at what others to do help reduce mold in their collection. The Mofi liners seem awesome but with the plastic it seems it may hold more moisture, have never used the rice paper ones but those potentially sound like they may help a bit more.

    Any tips or advice about what you do to help reduce moisture damage would be awesome!

Really want that hellogoodbye ep at a decent price. Would kill to have pretty pretty as a bside on one of the albums. :) Just hope we can actually get a chance at purchasing and not instant sell out like NFG a few weeks ago.
